Ordered a half pepperoni pizza, half cheese and received an all pepperoni. Then asked for ranch for our chicken wings (8 for $11) as it did come with any sauce included... so we paid an extra #1.06 + tax for small standard ranch container you would get for free at any other fast food restaurant, it was not enough for 8 wings and/or pizza. For the record some might think this is fresh ranch but it was not.

Order pizza and 2 boxes of wings last 12/17/2023 from # 7600 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036 for delivery. delivery done by dasher. Named Farkhad.When I opened the box I noticed white sprinkles all over, didn't ask for any extra cheese to be sprinkled. I put some of the sprinkle onto a plate and it didn't melt when microwaving them ended throwing the whole pizza away.They need to implement security tape on all items like McDonald's.

Let me start off by saying the pizza wasn't too bad. However the entire customer service experience was horrific. I placed an order for pick up yesterday afternoon, but was called into work so I attempted to call the restaurant to see if I could change the time to an hour and a half earlier than my original pick up time. Like people have previously stated the phone doesn't work. Tried to call multiple times and the call drops right after the first ring. So I went in to see if I could move my pick up time sooner and the guy at the register was absolutely NO HELP. Just stood there saying I will have to wait till my original pick up time to grab my order. I asked if I could pick my pizzas up now and just have the order I placed cancelled. They apparently can't cancel orders in the restaurant. I asked if I could have a refund. They apparently can't do refunds. The guy at the register said I should be able to cancel the order online, that isn't even an option. I asked how I go about cancelling online and he said he had no idea. So because I was running out of time and needed to supply dinner for my family I purchased two pizzas that I had to wait over 15 minutes for. When I was done I attempted to call customer service (who's hours are 8:30am-8:00pm Monday- Friday) and they were already closed at 4:45pm on a Friday. A relative of mine went to go pick up my order at my original pick up time and the manager was EXTREMELY rude to them. Did not offer any help or suggestions, just said all they could do is give them the order. The customer service is seriously lacking in this establishment, and honestly seriously lacking with Little Caesars as a whole. Complete waste of time and money for mediocre pizza.

Walked in to get one of their hot and ready calzonys and was told they only accept orders for that item online. This makes no sense as it is supposed to be one of their hot and ready items. And was the biggest item pictured on there menu when u face the counter. I've ordered this item in store before at other locations. Will not be returning to this location as this is just not customer friendly.

This place is a joke. I don't know if the owner of this franchise got covid brain or just checked out all together. SLOBS is an understatement of the staff. Common sense is not part of their repertoire. They used to be at least efficient, but that has not been the case for a while (as you can see from the scathing reviews). I HATE giving negative reviews, but I'm seriously concerned about the safety of this establishment. They got 2 stars only because the pizza still tasted great & other than not getting my pizza sauce, I got what I ordered. It didn't look at all as bad as others posted for a cheese stuffed pretzel. Gotta count my blessings where I can! However, I won't be going back to this location. I will look for the owners name & avoid all of his/her locations.
