I parked at the curbside pick up order 2 separate orders the first order came out in a timely matter but second order I had to go in to get the order as we waited close to 20 to 25 minutes so went in and manager said sorry we didn't check for orders got the second order went in my car checked the bag and there was a medium fry missing. This is ridiculous as they know orders come thru curbside as well and not checking for them is un called for.

I’ve seen paint dry faster than these people move, and you can stand at the counter for 10 minutes and not get helped, just spent my whole 30 minute lunch waiting for food I didn’t end up having time to get

Went through the drive through and asked for a cone upside down in a cup for my 7 year old. Lady in the drive through seemed confused and was offended that I asked for a spoon. Awful customer service and first bad experience there. Too bad people like that work directly with customers.
