This place is getting worst and worst customer service.if you are trying to order inside they don't even considering you as customer it doesn't matter drive-thru customer or you order your food through the app customer is customer.but this place it seems they don't want to see you at counter.sometime if u can't order on that machine and when you ask them to help for your order getting mad ignored disrespect also they will show you totally not welcoming face. I was working there long time ago. that time this machine was not there customer was equal.but now very sad to see this place this way. I pay for my food they don't pay for my food but the way Act especially some manager there. they should get more training how to talk to with customer or help customer.

Go here very often but be sure you check your bag before you leave. 75% of the time I have gone there, I am missing something. Have never had a problem when letting them know but have forgotten to check a few times and only found out once I got home.

This McDonalds is the worst I've been to. The staff is less than friendly, refuse to take your order in person and direct you to the kiosk. They were rude when we asked to use the restroom. There was no soap to wash your hands in the restroom and when reported to staff they shrugged and did nothing. Pass this one by.

Waited 25 minutes inside for a cheese burger happy meal and a small caramel frappe w/extra caramel. No cheese and no extra caramel. An associate ordered after me and go her 2 orders before me.
