The food is always what you expect, but the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. The old Eastern block countries during the cold war had sexier architecture than McDonald's does now.The parking at this location is pretty bad too. All the spaces directly in front of the building are reserved for pick-up orders.Parking: You have to park across the lot and walk in front of the drive thru traffic.

Instead of doing the work, they autocomplete the orders. I walk up cause it shows completed but not even close to completed. Looks like they are faking performance to management.

Right now they're being super slow with my order. Another customer just dropped their ice cream cone at the counter. they wouldn't replace it. Now they're calling the cops on them. Even after they left the building he's like chasing them down the street. All they did was step behind the counter for a second to get their attention because they were being ignored and ask for McDonald's to replace the ice cream. Very poor customer service, and time management. You would think we were in Everett!Apparently the manager on duty is a real Mr. nice guy!

Every Mickey D's is is a little different. This location had a great Quarter Pounder but the fries were blah - old oil gave them an odd taste. Drive through lane traps you in your parking spot.

I just ordered food and waited in line for over 10 minutes. Watched them to try to give my food to the driver in front of me. When I got to the window, I stated that the food had been sitting there and was not fresh. He said sorry we are busy and he handed me the same food. I had to go in to get a refund, with no offer to make new food. It's not the first time I have had poor customer service here. It will be my last. Where did customer service go, sad.

You know MacDonalds is transitioning to all self service well that's the thing I'm this McDonald's there a lady who helps you order with the SS machine , bad thing they don't take cash anymore but customer service was good overall.
