I hate the self-service kiosk. Rather tell a worker my order. Kiosk doesnt even let you pay so i kept having to go to the front to pay and no one ever paid attention to front register. I noticed other ppl had to wait too. It's very frustrating trying to get someone's attention! Also why is the mobile pickup a big chunky box?? Blocking view to get someones attention. Only liked it for the kids play area. Will say the positive was the food was warm/fresh. Didnt get cold fries and that's a plus! But get rid of the self service kiosk.

Terrible service! I ordered two Double Cheeseburgers, one hot Shugar Free Vanila Late and one hot Caramel Macciato throught drive thru. But I got one iced drink, one large French Fries and Double Cheseburgers! The cashier was rude and not clear speek English. She told me if I would like a Vanila Late I should go around and make a new order, but there was long lane, so I went home disappointed. The chesburgers tasted terrible and I threw them in the trash. It tasted like rotten meat. Stay away from this place.

I was just at this McDonald's and literally the man who puts out the trash bags slammed the door in my face and locked it, how disrespectful. I don't understand if today's hours are from 7 am and it's almost 8 there is no service, I saw that there was staff inside but they didn't want to open us.

Although food was ready when we arrived from right down the street, it was all cold. The manager, naveli, was extremely rude. She told me that my children were too big to play in the play area. I said ok and turned around to let my kids know to come off the toys. (Kids being 6 and 9) she bolted past me to go embarrass my kids, without giving me a chance to speak with them. We asked for water and she gave a big speech about how we better not get soda. Will NEVER go back. Made our whole experience very unpleasant and awkward. The manager should be detained.
