I went to McDonald's with my friends, and my friend lost his phone. We think one of the employees stole it. Then we wanted to call the manager to ask to see the security camera footage, but the manager is currently sitting and chatting with that employee in a friendly manner; they don't care that someone lost their phone, and they won't give us access to the cameras. Someone from the staff stole it.

Slightly disappointing, but they close earlier than posted hours. No one is forcing you to work until midnight but if you’re advertising that you’re working until midnight, work until midnight otherwise update your hours to when you actually work. Showed up 25min before close and nothing. Once again if you don’t work until midnight fix the hours. Website and Google state that this location is supposed to be open until midnight.

Went in to order, the self serve order service was not working to I went to the front counter to order. The lady at the front counter was clearly not wanting to take my order and looked at me like I was stupid after asking if I could order there since the machine wasn’t working. After that, went to go find a table and every table was covered in garbage and food. It was also on the floor under all the tables. Would not recommend going here.

Omg if you’re a delivery driver and have to pick up from here. Beware you will be treated like a piece of garbage they will treat you like a thief especially if you don’t speak Spanish. For my own sanity I will never pick up from this location again. Not every non Mexican person is a thief trying to steal a happy meal. I hate racism with a passion.
