This is the place for the best pizza out of Naples, Itlay. The environment is great with a friendly staff

I decided to give MiciCi a second try today and see if I would have a better experience. The door said they open at 11am on Saturdays. I was there at 11:01 -and doors were locked. Ok. Checked their website - yep - they are supposed to open at 11am. Waited another ten minutes. Tried again...doors locked. Have they gone out of business? Or just forgot to open the doors? I really want a Neopolitan pizza place to succeed in Snohomish County...but come on people....

I'm only giving it two-stars because the pizza is good, but I'd rather give a big fat zero. service, awful! They say they have wine but out of most of it and super expensive. The place is always empty, workers standing around bored out of their minds. I can't imagine this place will be open much longer.

The best gluten free crust I've ever had!

My favorite pizza place, they are pretty consistent when it comes to quality. Their pizzas are some of the best around.

Well, the third time is NOT a charm. The wife wanted to pizza so here we are. Once again, it is like a mortuary in this restaurant. No music and employees that do not smile and a messy restaurant. Check out the pics I added. First, the place is a mess. Two thirds of the tables have plates and glasses on them and need to be cleaned and if you want to sit at the bar, you have to remove employee jackets, backpacks and notebooks to sit down. The restrooms have garbages overflowing and pee all over the floor by the toilet. It's a shame because the pizza is decent. Judging by the 6 people in the restaurant on the Saturday before Fathers Day, This place will not be around long. We have been waiting for 30 minutes and I went to ask what the the delay was and the pies were not even on the oven. After 34 minutes of waiting, we finally got our food with no apology. Too bad Management does not respond to Yelp reviews, they could learn a thing or two on how to improve this dying restaurant.

They won't get a second chance from me. As a first time visitor, I came in with an open mind and wallet. After a quick visit to restroom, I made my way to ordering counter. It wasn't busy, just 6p on a Thursday and two other small parties dining in. I place order and notice employee, who was walking away from register after taking order before mine, had been putting on gloves after completing their transaction and decided he was too lazy to take one of them off while handling my card. Then I notice the seating is a choice of high or low chairs and my preference is low since it's painful to sit in the higher chairs due to severe back issues. That makes my choices limited as most are the taller chairs and a couple tables are still sitting full of dirty dishes from parties that are long gone before I even showed up. They're still not that busy - still same number of diners (maybe they have a bustling togo business, I dunno). Now my food arrives: their most popular Marg pizza. Meh. Nothing that makes this standout from something I can get anywhere else. No. Thing. I also ordered an iced tea. Ice was gone within 10 minutes. So when my pizza had arrived I nicely asked for another glass with ice so I could pour my tea over that. Mr. Gloves-On hustles me back a glass of ice (I thank him warmly) and I ask where I can score some napkins. He points to the wall. I ask his forgiveness, first-timer here (and last) and I waddle over (severe back issues, remember) and grab some. I'm all for mixing it up: do some for yourself, let the restaurant cater dazzle you with their goodies. I just didn't see anything to get dazzled about. Prices also reflected them dazzling you with a large mall rent overhead. So glad I didn't bring anyone here that I was trying to impress. That would've been embarrassing.

I like this place but this last visit the cashier or person taking my order didn't want to give me what I ordered. My wife asked for a Hawaiian pineapple and Canadian bacon then he offered their version with onions. Then I asked for my favorite pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom. Then he offered their closest version that had salami plus some other item I don't like. I was about ready to just say forget this but I chilled and explained this is how I want my pizza.

Surprisingly was way less crowded when we went. Their pizzas are very good, made with premium neapolitan flour, thin crusted with quality toppings. Doest feel heavy on stomach. Salads were good too, but could have had slightly more dressing. Fresh Basil and Watermelon lemonades were excellent. Overall nice experience.

Good food... similar in part to MOD pizza , but the pizza choices are different. Much more of a restaurant atmosphere. Fun place to go.

We went during a slow time which was nice. Good pizza with lots of options. Beer and wine also on the menu.

This wasn't like the other Neapolitan pizzas I've had. The crust was small and the pizza was soggy with overloaded sauce and toppings. I ordered the truffle and veggie pie and struggled to taste the truffle and the tanginess a neo zza crust should have. I felt one of the staff members was trying to be funny with sarcasim and ultra casualness but it came off rude instead and my pizza came out 20 mins later than everyone at my table. Wouldn't recommend.

This is as close as you can get to real Neapolitan Pizza. We lived in Naples for 4 years and we haven't found any pizza in the area that comes close to the taste and texture of Midicis. That being said, do not compare it to American Pizza, it's not the same food. We love American pizza and Olive Garden but they are Americanized Italian just like General Tso Chicken is not real Chinese (but its Delicious). Bottom line dont go here expecting Pizza Hut or Papa John's. Try the Diavola Pizza or the Margherita and enjoy a slice of the old country!

Beautiful space. They have an absolutely massive table meant for large groups that looks awesome. The menu is great. Fancy single-size pizzas, fresh salads, espresso/Italian beverages, and wine + beer. The service was very slow today (Mother's Day) and it was not busy. Looked like they were under staffed or a few staffers were late.

Zesty wood fired pizza. Great service.
