Updated: Jan 2026 Review - Employee making my pizza just threw a bunch of clumps of jalapeños, roasted garlic on the pizza not even making a effort to spread them out. Then my pizza was left in the pizza oven too long burning the crust and burning the roasted garlic. Kinda got the vibe like they don't even care about quality anymore. Which is very unfortunate, cause I've been coming here for years. I'll give them a second chance but, I might have to find a new pizza place to go to now.

Painfully slow… nearly 30 mins from walking through the door to having pizza in front of me. Only 2 other people in front getting single pizzas themselves. Prioritizing online orders over people standing and waiting. I know for a fact I could have just ordered online and it would have been ready quicker due to the fact the quicker worker was going online vs the other slow worker. Trash bins over flowing and I don’t feel there was any sort of leadership or supervisor working. Wanted to leave feedback but receipt doesn’t give option nor is there an option on the app so airing grievances out here.

Look I like mod pizza, this is my go to location but I just had to leave this review. Do not come to the restaurant within an hour and a half of close or they will treat you like trash. I came in at 8:50 (they close at 10) and they already put half the store away and had a really bad attitude. The guy making my pizza didn’t even ask before he put tomato sauce or mozzarella on my pizza. I didn’t want tomato sauce but whatever not a big deal. Then he put like 4 piece of chicken on it. When I asked him for a few pieces more he scoffed and threw it into the oven. Listen I get it, I work at a restaurant too and I get mad when people come in before close. but I wouldn’t get visible angsty because someone pulled up over an hour before close and asked for some chicken on a pizza they paid 14 bucks for. I love you guys but please step it up

This place is clean… but extremely slow. We came and there was a small group of people in front of us. And we waited for 50 min to make an order…. Line behind us became extremely long. Customers were not smiling.

Not sure what has happened with the quality but the last few times my husband and I have gone the pizza has been burnt, missing items, or holes in the pizza, that unfortunately haven't been caught by us until the food is home as it's been mobile orders.

The pizza here is usually nice but yesterday we placed a pick up order and the pizza was burnt at multiple places including the crust. I ordered for extra cheese as well but it didn't seem extra and not evenly laid out on the pizza.

I ordered online for pickup. Pizza was perfect. It was so delicious. The staff were very friendly, kind, and inviting. They greeted me and kept me updated on my order. The staff were smiling with some laughter, working together as a team to clean up as it was near closing time. I felt welcomed and will definitely be back. Pizza was so good.
