I ordered a pizza and when it arrived it was terrible, missing items. I ordered extra cheese and the pizza came with nothing, all the items thrown in, the cheese was almost zero. I tried to inform them that it was wrong and the person who helped me just said: “it’s the way we do it here”. I've always had exemplary service in other units, but Alderwood was terrible.

Tried this MOD Pizza for the first time. Despite being a busy day, their service was quite fast. We ordered 2 custom MODs and the Free Cake. As usual, the pizza was so good, so as the cake. Staffs were very friendly. The service was quite good. Plenty of tables for dine-in. Got a nice ambiance for this place. Parking is one tough thing to find here.

First time I did an online order of any food was trying to create a taco salad pizza and I wanted to use arugula and there might have been four pieces of that on this pizza my pickup time was pushed back to about 15 minutes pizza was burnt I looked for garbanzo beans to add to my pizza but didn't see it on the menu list but you have it inside the restaurant to add to salads or pizza it was a Friday and a little busy I thought ordering online was the way to go

It's just a solid thin-crust pizza that you have plenty of options to customize. Done up in. Giant pizza oven while you wait the food is always fresh and hot. Their lemonade is. It is a highlight as it is extra strong. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating is available if the weather is right. Parking can be a challenge on busy days, but it is worth the trip, and of course, they offer online ordering, take out, etc.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.Parking: Tight spots for Lynnwood. Also, a bit crowded and a lot of thru traffic, be careful.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, does not have automatic doors for getting in.

A good typical MOD pizza. We did wait about 15 minutes in line during lunch hour. But staff were very nice and apologized for the wait. Pizza and salad were well built. Dining room was adequate. Outside dining was available too.

I love MOD. I refer everyone I know regardless of country, city, or state.My daughter was exstatic when one opened near Fort Wayne, Indiana. I enjoy being greeted at the door and told thank you when leaving. Call me old fashioned but using some of the niceties my elders taught me has served me well...and thank you MOD for the modern take on the nostalgic courtesies I remember.
