Drinks were very good...but beware of using the tap pay. the POS tap card system automatically took 33%tip without our consent. Just went beep and charged. Management said there was nothing to be done. If it was 10-15% we wouldn't have minded but 33% from 4 drinks came to be $10. Management offered no refund, discount, or service items. Not sure if we trust to keep coming. Check your receipts.

I visited this boba shop and found it to be alright. I appreciated the attention to detail they put into their drinks. However, I had a taro drink and thought it could be improved by using real, fresh taro instead of powder. They offered pastry type of food but the wait time to make was not reasonable at the time. The drink and topping price was reasonable, and I'm looking forward to visiting again to try other flavors next time.

I was so excited when this place opened because it is located close to our house and my husband and I love Boba. Our first interaction with the store our drinks got messed up and Boba was not included in our order. I emailed them letting them know the mistake and never heard back from anybody which was a turn off and we didn't go back for a long time. We finally stopped by again and ordered from them only to once again have the boba missing from 2 out of the 3 drinks.
I called and they refunded me for one drink and told me to come in and they would remake the drinks for me. Today I went in to do that. The person working fought saying they already refunded me.... Which is true. They refunded me for one drink but he told me to come in to get them remade. They only refunded me one (the wrong one but whatever). But two were incorrect and this was also the second time that that had happened. He didn't offer to make me a new drink and even debated with me saying that it was not made incorrectly and that he was working that day. I have a lot of Boba options in my area and dealing with this kind of poor customer service is just not worth the time. I let them know I would not be coming back.
Just quick note to customers, make sure to double check your drink to make sure it's right.

The best bubble tea spot in the north. Great customer service and great energy. The place has a nice vibe to it and you can play some board games while you enjoy your bubble tea. If you’ve never had bubble tea before this is a good spot they give great recommendations on best sellers and some of their personal favorites. 5 start 10/10!
