Such nice ownership, food is amazing, and every dish is unique and yummy.

I've had their fried oyster, pork katsu curry, red volcano tonkatsu ramen, tonkatsu ramen, and muto spicy negi ramen so far (with many more to try).

Each dish has been flavorful and had me craving more!

PLEASE TRY THE CREAMY MENTAIKO UDON OMG. It was so goooood!

Awesome Japanese cuisine and especially the sushi and sashimi. It’s a very cozy little place full of good vibes and great food.
The fish was fresh and the selection was very good. I enjoy dishes and specialties that aren’t always available in run of the mill sushi joints. The prep and delivery of the food was outstanding.
I particularly enjoyed a hamachi kama this evening that was really good! Don’t miss this place if you’re in the north end of Seattle and want authentic Japanese cuisine!

What a hidden gem! Started with hot saki, Agadashi tofu, and Hamachi nigiri (not pictured), then followed up with 3 rolls, The Firehouse, Medusa, and Godzilla.

Quite possibly one of the best sushi joints we have experienced. This includes Sushi Kappo in Eastlake, Takai by Kashiba in Bellevue and Sankai in Edmonds. The difference is price, where the total of our meal was under 80$!!!! Granted, this is a small spot, but is clean, comfortable and the service was amazing!

I will most definitely be back. What a great spot to save a few bucks but still have quality found service.

My favorite ramen place in Bellingham before covid lead to their closing, and still my favorite ramen in the area now. Very nice staff, never had an issue at Muto and all the ramen is always fantastic. The sashimi is good as well, though the bone broth ramen is the highlight.
