We have been to PF Chang’s locations all over the country. This location is excellent. The food is always consistent. We go a couple of nights a month on a Saturday. We do drive an hour and 10 minutes each way depending on traffic. We always get reservations as the restaurant can get really busy. Definitely take the time to make a reservation if you have a big party. PF Chang’s has been running deals for months to reward customers and also to get people who may want to try something new. The crispy fried green beans, chicken lettuce wraps, crispy honey chicken , kung pao chicken, strawberry cheesecake and banana spring rolls are always our favorites. My only suggestion is if you are a party of 2 and getting reservations for date night then make the reservation for a party of 3. We try so many different appetizers and paired with everything else we need the extra table space. We absolutely love Andrew as our server and make reservations to assure Andrew’s section. Andrew is without a doubt phenomenal! All of the servers are great truly. Yet Andrew has become part of our date night traditions. If you get disappointed trying new restaurants and looking for somewhere new then give PF Changs a try. Also enroll in the rewards program. Nothing is better than a free appetizer or dessert from time to time.
Vegetarian options: I can’t remember off the top of my head as I always look past vegan options because I usually always know what I want.
Dietary restrictions: The offer vegan and gluten free options.
Parking: Parking can be difficult as the mall is busy. Just plan ahead. There is also free electric charging spots.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome. They do have kid friendly options. Kids always love the crispy honey chicken.
Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is wheelchair accessible although handicap parking is hit and miss. It’s easier to park in front of Cheesecake Factory to find handicap spots.

I am giving one star due to their reservation system; I made a reservation directly from their website and received an email conformation. When I got to the Restaurant, they had no reservation for me and really didn't give a crap. Later I got a message saying the reservation had expired as I did not show...Total BS. We did stay and eat at the bar, the food as at any chain restaurant was OK, but this restaurant is old and tired and as has been at least 20 years since I was in a PF Changs, I will check back again in another 20.

Food was insanely expensive and it wasn’t that great. The portions were small. I don’t know what the hype is about this restaurant, but this was the first time that I had ever been there and I was extremely disappointed.
Rude hostess letting us wait for a while while half of the restaurant was empty. Nice servers though but after not gone there the food/price value is not there and better to find other restaurants in the area.

To start... The service was terrible.... We were given the wrong tea multiple times and finally stopped asking for any more. Also .. there were 3 of us and they only gave us 2 cups! The food wasn't good at all and this turned out to be a waste of time and money. Never coming here again.
