Stood at the glass, waiting to order for 10 minutes, watching all the food get served up for drive through orders/online orders. By the time they FINALLY decided to help the actual in restaurant patrons, the majority of the main dishes were at the bottom of the bowls. They let the line back up to the door before considering taking our orders. I'd give less stars, but it's not the whole chain, just this one place.

12/3/24, For me today is awful customer service. Came on time but the order wasn't ready, the cashier didn't't keep words, first I was said 7 min delay, already sitting here around 25 min and my order is not ready yet, no ethical explanation, nothing.

Don’t bother putting in an online order. You’ll wait twenty minutes past the time it says to pick up. Employees hiding in the back in the corner on their phones while food is waiting to be given to customers. I’d take a picture but probably not in the best taste. You paid already so what does it matter to them right? Dozen people hovering waiting for their food. Overflowing trash cans. Story of every Panda in Western WA.

This has got to be one of the worse locations. The employees are slow when it comes to online orders. The employees are also rude and incompetent but what do you expect from a fast food restaurant.

Today I went to eat at this location and ordered noodles with rice. Unfortunately, the noodles they served were mostly onions rather than noodles, and the taste was awful. I spoke with Rodeza, one of the staff members, and she apologized, offering to give me just noodles. However, I declined her offer since I had already eaten all the rice and was full. Rodeza handled the situation very well, taking responsibility and providing excellent customer service — I give her 5 stars. But the food gets 0 stars.
Slow. So slow. No one gives you the idea that they care at all. They need a leader to make that place great. A manager that stays there and works. So sad to see a bunch of employees aimlessly moping around.

I HATE coming inside to order food. Tonight I came inside and waited a good minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There were about 6 ppl working. And NOT ONE even looked up until i said hello first. They were too busy doing drive thru orders ? when a lady finally addressed me it was to tell me she will be right w me. She never came back. I had to say, "excuse me! Can i get some help??" She said just a second other ppl waiting on this fried rice that already paid. Finally ordered and I can tell you that whole interaction pissed me off even after leaving. As you can tell from me writing this review. I dont know who was in charge, Alberto w the black shirt. But no one lead there successfully. Many times i have been treated that in cafe orders do not matter compared to drive thru. And that could be possible since Starbucks has a 45 second timed. But at least i get acknowledged there! Chicken and mushroom dish lacked mushrooms. Its not chicken and zucchini.. and of course the usual chow mein and the tons of cabbage. Whole visit was so irritating.
