The honey walnut shrimp was dry and had no sauce on it, which is new to me considering this location is usually good. The chow mein noodles have also been changed and were quite frankly a 2/10 compared to the old noodles. Not sure if there is a new supplier but I would assume so and am very upset about the change. Needless to say, I will not be giving this location any more buisness.

Bad bad service, so slowwwww!
Don’t do the drive thrue! It took me 40 minutes to get a bowl, I asked for extra ice on my drink and the lady gave me 3 ice cubes… it’s supposed to be Panda EXPRESS - Fast, not coming back here again.

Im been standing on line for 30 minute.
Going to get big plate, but all employee just staring at me and didnt talk to me, i believe there one guy Svp name Hong black shirt. He just walk around and make fun in me,, definetly not going back panda express!!

Ordered online. Arrived after 30mins later my order is still not ready. No one is taking care of the online orders only if you arrived and asked for it! I waited another 10 more mins and had to take the dine-in line to ask my order again. Don't order online on busy hours lol

Ordered food, they said 8 minutes. So I waited wat must have been close to 20 minutes. Went back up to the counter, and nobody would even come talk to me. Horrible service, I would not recommend.

Had an amazing experience thanks to Sirok's exceptional customer service! He was courteous, friendly, and truly made my visit enjoyable. Not only that, but the food was absolutely delicious. Sirok deserves a raise for his outstanding service, and I will definitely be coming back!

Stood at the glass, waiting to order for 10 minutes, watching all the food get served up for drive through orders/online orders. By the time they FINALLY decided to help the actual in restaurant patrons, the majority of the main dishes were at the bottom of the bowls. They let the line back up to the door before considering taking our orders. I'd give less stars, but it's not the whole chain, just this one place.

12/3/24, For me today is awful customer service.
Came on time but the order wasn't ready, the cashier didn't't keep words, first I was said 7 min delay, already sitting here around 25 min and my order is not ready yet, no ethical explanation, nothing.

Don’t bother putting in an online order. You’ll wait twenty minutes past the time it says to pick up. Employees hiding in the back in the corner on their phones while food is waiting to be given to customers. I’d take a picture but probably not in the best taste. You paid already so what does it matter to them right? Dozen people hovering waiting for their food. Overflowing trash cans. Story of every Panda in Western WA.

This has got to be one of the worse locations. The employees are slow when it comes to online orders. The employees are also rude and incompetent but what do you expect from a fast food restaurant.
