We haven't been to a Panera in over two years but it was time to come back. We ordered some chicken noodle soup and sandwich. The roasted turkey and avocado sandwich was okay, the bacon seemed nonexistent. But my complaint was the soup -- it was SO salty we had to throw it away. I'd always thought of Panera as consistently good so our experience this time had me rethinking my assessment of a once favorite restaurant.

I went here twice. I am staying at a hotel nearby for work. I came in here on the first day I arrived and my food was cold. I had ordered the teriyaki chicken and the rice was crunchy, some of the chicken felt ice cold, and the broccoli was hard and dry. I took it back because it just wasn't right. I stopped by again for a sandwich and the girl at the register didn't ask me if I wanted half a sandwich or the whole thing, and just charged me for the whole thing. It was to go and they served it to eat in. I told the lady that handed it to me and she got mad at me and gave me very serious attitude. Like whoa lady. I'm just pointing out your co-workers mistake. Don't get mad at me. I'm going to contact corporate about this issue.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and the over easy egg decided to be troublesome, the staff offered to remake my sandwich but I said it was fine. She added a scrambled to my bag. The sandwich was great with the extra egg.

I order the frozen strawberry lemon which is usually good for the summer days but today it was not frozen it was only liquidy. Not what I was expecting.

First off the girl at the register was telling me they could only do the Fuji apple dressing, Caesar, or the green goddess when clearly it says on the sign they have Greek dressing and she tried to argue with me. The person whom I assume was the manager, came over and corrected her. I ordered a avocado turkey blt with extra Mayo and romaine instead of mixed greens. My sandwich was great. However, my salad which was a green goddess salad with chicken, was supposed to have romaine instead of mixed greens as well, and that is not what I got. Also..... I didn't get any chicken on it???? Why the f*** would I pay $7 for a half (more like a mini) salad and not even get chicken on it? I want my money back. $21 dollars for the you pick two and a large lemonade.... Horrible and will not return to this location.

The people in the kitchen gave my Husband my sandwich and gave me his sandwich.I got his side ,bread.He got my side,apple sliced.Once he figured out who got what the food was ok except for the brown warm apple

If i could leave 0 stars, I would. This horrible establishment has a rude and impatient staff, cold food, and disgusting tables. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. They got both my roommate, as well as my orders wrong and refused to amend it. I would rather go to Subway THATS how disappointing and revolting our experience has been.

I always stop here to get a cup of coffee or quick refreshment before I check out the mall. Coffee ☕ is great and the ladies cashiers are ?cute?. Music is a bit loud though. They don't seem rude or disrespectful at all. Place is clean and not packed or busy at all. Good experience.
The food was good. I questioned how clean the food station might be after using the restroom. The toilets both had pink mildew rings in them and no paper towels. We didn't get sick though.

Stopped in about 10:30 AM for a snack. Clerk was rude when we ordered and messed up our order. We were not aware of their “system” of picking up at the counter, 15 min. after ordering, a rude voice called out my name and said the order had been waiting for some time. When I apologized for not understanding the system, there was no response and she walked away. We will never go there again. Similar things have happened too many times there. Lots of food choices, just saying

Please don't ever go here. The Panera bread we have been to elsewhere has been fantastic. As a matter of fact my wife just went to one the day before that was fantastic which prompted us to go to Panera again but this time the closest one to us not thinking the quality would change drastically. The bill was over $30 for 1.5 sandwiches and a soup and chips after I tipped the highest amount proposed on the screen. It took 20 min to receive my to go order. I had 3 different half sandwiches, so you would think they would be labeled, but they weren't. The sandwiches were super dry. I always ask for extra sauce just in case the company I eat with doesn't put enough on. I double checked my bag thankfully to realize that the extra sauce I ordered was not there. I had to ask for what I ordered again. They didn't have bread for one of the sandwiches that it customarily comes with. Go figure, bread being the staple of Panera Bread they didn't have the bread that normally goes with the sandwhich?. So I chose sourdough, only to get home and find out they put an entirely different bread on the sandwich. What a freaking horrible experience. I will ABSOLUTELY never go here again at this location and I advise you don't either. The atmosphere was bland, dark, and grey. Just horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered on the tablet at the entrance and waited for the food at dine-in area. Manager came to us and 'scolded' us for her having to call me twice. I was paying attention to the kitchen area to be called from nearby. Whether I missed their call or they called me wrong name, my wife and I felt underserved. Even with pandemic restriction, customers expect to be treated in a decent way.

I was out shopping and stopped at Panera for their summer offerings(chicken/poppy seed salad & corn chowder). They were delicious as always. This location has done a good job of adapting for Covid but ironically the overall cleanliness has declined. The bathroom was not good at all.
