Disappointed in the employees here and if I was an owner, I’d love to know they turned us away at 8:25 saying “take out only at 8:20”. Drove 15 minutes to have a employee tell us they wanted to go home so we were not go in to serve you

This place is not living up to the big name of Pho Than Brothers. I wondered why the place is so empty, unlike other Pho Than Bros, when we arrived. Then we discovered: Tables and dining room look reasonably clean. Sufficient choices of Pho’s to your likes. Prices look reasonable when comparing to other Pho places. Reasonably good portion size and quality of meat and noodle.
But……. Broth tasted not as rich as typical. Feels like it was watered down. Service was next to none. Dining room was dead silent, and temperature was VERY cold so that we wanted to leave ASAP. Our hands and feet were cold even after having a bowl of hot pho. A soggy cream puff. (Well, it’s free. So you get what you pay for.) 🥴
