I used to really like getting pizza through Pizza Hut, but I will no longer be ordering from them anymore! The last few times I've ordered from them there has been a mess up. Tonight's mess up was THE LAST ONE! I tried to order on the app (again it didn't work) so I called the store. I talked to Allisa and we got through my whole order and she asked how I'd be paying and as soon as I told her card she asked me to hold and I was hung up on. We ordered pizza at 6:07 and online it said 50-60something minutes for delivery until I hit the order button and then it said 80-90 minutes. When I checked my email it said 7:35. I got a text at 7:35 saying the pizza was out for delivery. He got here a few minutes before 8. When we opened the pizza after we brought it in it was luke warm at best. Ick.
I have gotten several orders wrong from this place. I got so upset last time I called the corporate office to let them know. Cool I got coupons for 2 free pizzas, called tonight to redeem them since the other pizza hut was not in my delivery area I had to call this location. Guy answered asked if it was carry out or delivery,.. .. I said delivery... the guy hung up on me... never again. F.... this place...
