Appreciate the area manager, for her empathy and was deposited to do a one time courtesy to correct, the deficit of not being told of the $15.99 LRG pizza special, WITH '5' TOPPINGS- THIS SPECIAL ALLOWS MANY 5 TOPPINGS SO U CAN DOUBLE UP ALITTLE, SO THE LRG.PIZZA, IS TASTY!

Got new stuffed crust and it was pretty damn amazing I must say.....employee seemed to care more about the fact that he was off soon then answering my questions...if he would've known more or cared i would've ordered some desert but he didn't so I didn't ..... No big deal

Forgot dipping sauces with cheesy pull apart pizza. Kids were upset about it. Plus, I had to drive 30 mins just to get it

Stop making drivers suffer waiting for orders that's not ready waiting for 10 to 20 minutes to get paid only 5 to 6$. We don't get paid hourly. Every minute we wait is a minute, we lose to try to make an hourly minimum wage of 16$. You can go to the app sitting and change the pickup time so drivers can get it when orders are almost ready. Instead, you choose for drivers to suffer and wait when it's rash hour to get orders. There is a special place in hell for choosing to stay silent while drivers always wait and not change anything.

My food showed up smashed together and when I tried to call them they just left me on the phone muted without speaking all of my food did not taste good at all waste of 70$ for sure! Would not recommend

I ordered Pizza Hut tonight. I got no notifications about my order and it was late. Checked the status checker and it says that my order is cancelled. I didn't cancel my order, I don't even know how I would. I called the store and they were soooooo beyond unhelpful. They claimed the pizza left the store with a door dash driver 45 minutes ago. I didn't get any pizza at my house. The manager Tavion refused to send out another pizza, refused to issue a refund and gave me a customer service number that went nowhere. I called the store back and he insists the money will refund, but he isn't issuing a refund. He claims since it was cancelled it will refund. But he also claims that the pizza left the store and was delivered in their system. So if it is marked as delivered in their system how am I going to get a refund? He also claimed he didn't cancel it and he has no idea how it was cancelled. So now I am out my money, my pizza and have no resolution. My son had a really hard day today and I promised him pizza for dinner. By the time all this happened it was late and he had to eat dinner from home because he needed to go to bed. I am beyond frustrated, upset and urge people not to frequent a place that will rip you off and refuse to right the situation.

I've been ordering from this location for YEARS...
I have got to finally admit that Pizza hut has found a keeper!!! For years I've been treated like trash, recieved things I didn't order or paid but didn't receive my order. Fought with rude managers who don't care to fix issues their store dished out and been ignored. Not this time though... Employee of the decade goes to ... LYDIA !!! SHE IS AMAZING YES GIRL 😁❤❤ After receiving a partial order for the 2nd time no wait I lie. Feels more like 100th time in a row, I call into the store and am very rudely explaining the situation because I'm just so fed up with it time after time and she was FREAKING KIND, LISTENED TO ME AND MADE THE WHOLE SITUATION BETTER WITH HER WORDS AND THOUGHTFULNESS, BUT SHE ALSO BACKED IT UP AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH SENDING ME EVERYTHING I ORDERED AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND SPOT ON. PLEASE GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE AND DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO KEEP HER. THIS BRANCH IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF HER EXPERTISE. THANKS LYDIA!!!
