Good boba, glad they have dairy free options though I wish the whole menu could be dairy free if chosen by the customer. Taking off stars for the sticky hallway floor leading to the restroom, requiring staff key to get in (which can be hard to get depending on how busy they are) and the electrical hazard of a hand dryer. Water dispersal should not be that close to an outlet......
Overall it’s a great place for drinks like smoothies. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because they should include at least one free topping Espically since with tax each drink it’s over $8. They have a couple of free ones but for those that don’t like boba and want marshmallows for example, it’s gonna cost extra even though it’s not an “add on” it’s in leu of.
Pochi Bubble Tea is such a cute little spot! I ordered the matcha milk tea with mini boba and it was so good — smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. I also loved how many customization options they offer, from toppings to sweetness levels, so you can really make your drink exactly how you want it. Definitely a fun place to grab a treat — can’t wait to go back and try more! 🧋
