Personally, I don't like their pizza because of the pizza sauce. But, I'd go back there for anything besides the pizza. 😆 Everything else we've had there has been good (salad bar, mozzarella sticks, garlic twists, dessert pizza).

Really disappointed to have to give this review, as I’ve been ordering from round table for years.

Logged into my account to order a pizza, under the deals section they had a large pizza for $29.99. Went to add to my cart, kept getting and error. No big deal, right? I’ll just call the store and order it on the phone. End up at a call center (seems new- I’ve called in the past and gone straight to the store) Call center tells me the store will have to honor the deal, trying to transfer me, phone hangs up.

Call a second time. This time get connected to the store. Am told the deal is only if you order online. That makes sense- BUT website keeps giving me and error. Person on the phone says yes the website is new and they are still working out the kinks. Great- so can we honor the website? I’m told no because he has no way to know that is really a deal that’s online. Okay. I ask if I can bring my phone in when I pick up to show him that it does indeed say there is a carry out deal for the $30 pizza online. He says no, me showing him the deal won’t work because it’s only for customers who order online- proceeds to tell me I should just order online next time (In fact he continues to tell me to order online multiple times through the call. at this point i’m starting to feel pretty upset and invalidated because i told him from the beginning that I’ve been trying to order online but keep getting an error when I add to my cart)

Overall he was very rude and seemed to be blaming me / accusing me of making up a pizza deal. Than kept questioning to ensure I would be able to pay the full price for the pizza when i picked up, since he won’t be able to honor the deal on the website. (Yes, I paid the full price- just thought it was weird how he made a point to question this multiple times before putting the order in and also odd that they won’t honor the special that they have listed on roundtable.com)

Needless to say I will be taking my business to other pizza places in the area in the future, i’m kind of shocked by this whole instance

employees are always very nice! one time I was there, i came in near the end of their lunch buffet, and since they weren't really going to make more pizzas, and they would have to throw away it the leftover buffet stuff, they ended up giving us a big pizza box so that we could eat as much as we wanted and then take the rest with us home!

Updating to 2026. Last time I’ll be in unfortunately. Keep shorting the pizza by thinning out the dough and topping and cooking inconsistency. One of my favorite brands, but this franchise doesn’t seem interested in serving customers what they pay for or even pleasantly.

Still the same after all these years! Simply great pizza fresh and hot made with good ingredients and maybe the best pepperoni ever put on a pie! Pizza sandwiches are also great but just stick with that works. Pizza pizza pizza 🍕

Put in a delivery order at 6:08pm with a delivery promise of 6:48pm. Time goes on, so at 7:01 I call the store and ask if they have my order. The response was “we know” then they hung up on me. Then I get an email immediately after confirming my order. I call again and press 5 for the manager. Apparently pressing 5 routes you to a disgruntled person in South Asia that calls you bro. No help. Just excuses. I asked to cancel my order since it was now a half hour past my promised delivery time. They hang up on me. When I try to call back for help from the “manager” by pressing 5 I get put in hold then disconnected. Buyer beware.

Ordered delivery at 4:15, ordered confirmed at 4:18 delivery expected at 5:30.. at 5:40 my door dash driver said he was still waiting for our order.. texted at 6 it was being taken care of. I called and was told that they never received my order, even though they took my money and sent updates that it was being completed. The person that answered lied and contradicted herself repeatedly and refused to cancel our order. 2 minutes later supposedly our order was out the door for delivery. It was undercooked, cold and over 90min late but they still charged me. The manager was rude, arrogant, dismissive and insulting as she lied through her teeth. Never again!!! There is no customer service whatsoever these days.

I think they must have new owners. The sauce does not taste like regular Round Table pizza sauce. I'm not sure I'll be going back. I'm willing to pay more for Round Table pizza because of consistency but this is not the same sauce they've always had. Even tasted a bit sweet. Weird. Also, why are they cutting so dang many super small pieces?

Round Table Pizza on Ash Way is one of those places you can always count on. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in, whether you’re dining in with family or grabbing something to go.

The pizza here is consistently good. The crust has that classic Round Table texture, the toppings are generous, and everything comes out hot and fresh. You can tell they take a little extra care in how they make it, instead of rushing it out.

The staff is friendly, patient, and helpful, and they do a great job keeping orders accurate and on time. Between the reliable food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the convenience, this location has definitely become a go-to pizza spot for us. Highly recommend.

I ordered one large pizza for delivery at 5:50pm. The promise time for delivery was 6:36pm. At 6:45pm, I get a message saying that a driver was on their way to pick up my pizza and it would be delivered at 7:36pm. Needless to say, the pizza was cold when I received it at 7:41pm. Heating it in microwave only makes the cheese like rubber. I tried calling the Round Table for an hour, I only get a busy signal. They used to be so much better!!! Last time I will be ordering from this RoundTable!!! I would NOT recommend this place!!!

I called this Round Table around 10:30 PM to ask about customizing a bowl salad, and the customer service I received was genuinely unacceptable. The person who answered (she identified herself as “Jessica” and said she was the store manager) was openly impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional from the beginning of the call.

While I was still trying to understand my options, she repeatedly cut me off with, “OK, anything else?” in a visibly irritated tone. When I said, “Give me just a moment,” she sighed loudly, put me on hold, then returned only to say, “Are you done yet?” followed by “whatever” before hanging up on me.

When I called back immediately, she claimed it wasn’t her who had just spoken to me — despite the call happening seconds earlier and the voice and tone being identical. She also did not seem to understand the website, the customizable options listed there, or how to help with a basic menu question.

She stated her district manager’s name is Robert, and I hope he or the appropriate leadership team sees this. This behavior was not a minor mistake or a misunderstanding — it was blatant disrespect and a total disregard for how customers should be treated. No employee, let alone someone claiming to be a manager, should hang up on a customer or speak to them with that level of hostility and dishonesty.

Round Table has always been a great place with great food when things are done correctly, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this absolutely needed to be addressed so other customers don’t get treated this way.

My husband and I have noticed only had Round Table Pizza since childhood. We also helped his mom make them when she Managed one we ordered the Italian Garlic Supreme XL, 12 Garlic Parmesan Twists & Personal Cheese with Mushrooms. First thing we noticed opening the box the supreme didn't have any green onions, crust was still doughy or iridescent (not cooked all the way), garlic Parmesan Twists should probably have garlic and Parmesan. I don't mean a little tiny sprinkle in the middle. It all tasted re gross. The only thing good was the personal pizza for my granddaughter. Never going to this location ever again. Done....
