The Denver Omelet was good, but they didn't have all the ingredients. The hashbrowns were perfectly cooked to our liking, crispy on the outside, golden brown. Yummy! Unfortunately, the chocolate cream pie was not yummy. The cream was stale and crusty, The waiter looked pretty sketchy and not professional at all. The floor (carpet) was sticky. Ergoe, that's probably why the lack of customers.

Update. Came in this evening for pie and hot chocolate. Hesitated to stay and order food because of how filthy it looked. The floor is an ancient carpet that looks like it's never been cleaned! Always love the pies. We come for dessert and have been to several different locations. Consistently good pies.

03/29/24 Friday 6pmI visited Shari's in Lynnwood for dinner. The waiter was really bad at his job, he was obviously preoccupied with a guest there. Took 7 min to have drinks brought to my table, 20 min for a side salad, mind you, my entree was already ready for me, but he was chatting up a storm with a guest. Like c'mon man, I've been in this kind of industry for 15years this by far has been my worst experience. He came by twice already, and didn't even notice my 2 empty drinks that I put close to the edge of the table. That's why I go to the shoreline location. Way better service there

Curious if I could walk in and order a slice of pie to go, I arrived at Shari's Cafe and Pies on Highway 99 in Lynnwood a little before 9 a.m. this morning, Sunday 31 March 2024. Entering the restaurant, I spotted the pie display case inside the entrance and there was a number of groups dining in the restaurant. One of the workers came over and asked what she could help me with. I asked if I could get a slice of pie to go, and it was a yes. So, I went with a slice of the tropical coconut cream pie. It came in its own container and an eco-friendly bag. She asked if I wanted a fork, and I said yes. It turned out to be a full utensil set with a napkin and salt and pepper packet. Payment was straightforward and my cash method of payment was accepted. The pie filling was textually smooth, the crust was flaky and buttery, and the whipped cream and toasted coconut were each flavorful. The full slice was a satisfying serving size. Enjoyed my experience and food.

I had such a great experience here today they were quick and very kind. The food was amazing as always! I had a server named Donna and she was an absolute sweetheart she should get some credit and a raise for her service she truly is incredible. I'll be coming back for sure just to see her. So Thank you Donna for taking such great care of me. This is my first time ever dining alone and she made me feel so comfortable.

Racist We waited patiently as a frazzled waitress walked by us looking at the floor, head down at all times. Another employee helped other people and just glanced at us but never came to assist or even acknowledged us. I politely said "Hello" and she then said "My hands are dirty, I can't help you with dirty hands" no eye contact. Britney I believe was her name and kept walking. It was a weird experience - We just wanted pie to go. Maybe try a different location ‍

This was the worst breakfast we have had in a very long time. I ordered Eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise sauce tasted like flour. The eggs were not poached as requested, and the hash browns were tasteless and fried in some disgusting oil. My dining companion had an omelet with bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. Inedible. The pancakes did not taste like pancakes. We both ate less than half our meals and both had digestive issues a short time later. Poor quality ingredients were used since our last visit last year. This will be our last visit. Terrible. Don't waste your money.
