We reserved Split Open and Melt food truck for our 50th class reunion yesterday. Boy were we happy!! The Philly cheese steak sandwiches are tasty and top notch. The loaded cheese steak fries were awesome! My favorite was the Spicy cheese steak with jalapenos and habanero aioli. Very organized and quick service. The beepers when your order is ready was a plus. Highly recommend.
I just had their spicy Philly Cheesesteak… yum. The meat was tender, juicy and full of flavor. The helping was ample and more than enough to eat in one sitting. Thank you Split Open and Melt! I’ll definitely partake next time I come across yall. Please let that be at the brick and mortar you open in Anacortes ;-)
BEST Philly Style Sandwhich ive ever had! & I'm usually not a fan of Philly Cheesesteaks. I ordered the Split Open and Melt. & Let me tell ya, I nearly split open and melted myself when I took the first bite. 10 out of 10!
