Great traditional Irish pub in the South Lynnwood/Shoreline area. All the beef is apparently imported from Ireland, and it was tasty! Will be back to try more.

Stopped in mid day while my car was being serviced across the street and I was happy to find this place! Excellent Shepherds Pie and cold beer. Service was fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return!

This place is awesome! Super fresh fish, homemade tartar sauce and fresh cut fries! This is really good quality food. I personally didn’t love the style of sausage but it was still fresh and delicious! They really deserve to be busier but I think it’s the location.

Food was good and made to order! Waitress was too busy worrying about her onlyfans account and on her phoneto much to payattention to lowley customers. Had to go to the bar for any service.

It's a great Irish Pub right on Aurora Ave N. We've always had great luck with parking. Although, the lot has an upper and lower area and it's a bit of a hill to climb from the lower area. The food is fantastic. I've had the Shepard's Pie and an Irish Comfort Bowl. My friends have had Burgers and Fish and Chips which they said were delicious. Drinks can be pricey, but delicious. I usually stick to a more affordable draft beer. Friendly server. I only gave it 4 Stars because of the wonky parking lot and hard chairs and booths.

St. James Gate has a solid menu and great vibes all around!! Kirsten the bartender makes a great smoked old fashioned and knows how to properly pour an Irish stout for that puuuurfect sip!! The shepherds pie is on point and very comforting(also the “comfort bowl” if you want to get your chicken on), fries are big wedges that are phenomenal, can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!! Enjoy!!

What a great little place. I had already eaten, but friends that I was with raved about the traditional Irish food they were eating. They were going on and on about how authentic it was.I was there on a Friday night to see some live music and enjoyed a very unique and delicious Old Fashioned. They have a wooden lid that they place on top of the glass after they’ve made the drink. They add wood chips, light them on fire and smoke fills the glass to add a smokiness to the alcohol. It was delicious….and a pretty fun experience, too. There’s not a ton of parking, but it’s easier to find a spot if you enter at the driveway just under the restaurants street sign, as the slanted spots face south.

Saturday night. Kids dropped at the skate rink. Irish Pub time. Read reviews so this place sounded great. First time visit.Yep, they crushed it. Wasn’t too crowded. Live music (bonus). 1 bartender….was worried. But she killed it. Smoked Old fashions, vodka soda and lime plus an aplletini. We ordered a Rueben and chips and chicken goujon. Rueben was amazing. Fries were awesome. Chicken and dipping sauce were great. Didn’t take long for drinks or food. Overall great experience!

Just went here for saint patricks day. Don’t go! I was super excited to go there because the reviews looked good. But the service was terrible and took 20 min to order food and it wasn’t even busy. The beer was flat and when the food came it was just boiled potatoes cabbage and a little corned beef. No butter no salt in a to go container. Seriously don’t go

Our first visit to this local Irish pub/restaurant. I very much enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie and a cream ale. It was a very cold (for our region) day with lots of ice on the roads, so during our early dinner there were just three other patrons, who were seated at the bar. Result was the place was cold inside. I look forward to going back on a warmer day when more folk will be there.
