Im on a 2 week trip to Seattle (my first time in the states) and I ordered the new pecan crunch oatmilk latte and the person at the drive through: Christian, was extremely polite and warm and approachable, I suffer from a stutter and social anxiety but he was extremely patient and kind, I will be coming back for the rest of my trip!

Sat in a drive through line for almost 10-15 minutes for a warm drink and some profoundly bad customer service when I had to get out of my car to get it fixed afterwards. Would have expected the crew to at least say sorry as a courtesy. but it seems my business was a huge inconvenience to them instead. Totally fine, I will go elsewhere next time.

Every time I do mobile order, always something is missing or no cold foam on the coffee. Today I did mobile order and arrived in 15 min to pick it up, when I arrived my drink was not ready had to wait 12 min for my coffee and the bacon gouda sandwich wasn’t warmed up enough, still was cold. When I told the barista that the cold foam is missing, he then proceeded to do another order instead of fixing mine right away and had me to wait another 5 min for my coffee. The manager saw everything and didn’t say or did nothing! This Starbucks really needs to be better on costumer service. I really hope the owner gets to read this!

Nice employees and plenty of seating inside. Only two outlets unfortunately, but otherwise the chairs are nice and comfy and they made delicious coffee!
