Im on a 2 week trip to Seattle (my first time in the states) and I ordered the new pecan crunch oatmilk latte and the person at the drive through: Christian, was extremely polite and warm and approachable, I suffer from a stutter and social anxiety but he was extremely patient and kind, I will be coming back for the rest of my trip!
Barista here was very friendly, even though they were backed up with orders. She served my drink up with a smile and provided good service. My coffee was also excellent - I didn't get a "char-bucks" drink with burnt beans like I usually get at Starbucks closer to my house. My only complaint is that they were out of almost all food choices. I worked on my computer here for a while and felt safe, which I was worried about due to the location next to Walmart. Maybe...
This Starbucks does okay, but I must stress, DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER HERE. They have issues with it and have yet to get a single app order right for me. Even when I've ordered in person, I've gotten wrong items multiple times. I'm not sure if one issue is the fact that it is the LOUDEST, most echo-filled room I've ever heard when walking in, so it's very tough to communicate.
