Starbucks Alderwood Mall Kiosk

The young Barista who was there in the evening was very rude. She wanted to charge me 2 dollars extra for the regular drink I have been getting for over 20 years. I go to Starbucks at least three times a week, and I know the company didn't change the price. It wasn't just the price but her attitude. It is good Starbucks is hiring young kids, but they need to train them well on how to give good customer service.

They no longer offer a free cup of water for the customers ??!!unless you order something or someone orders something in order to get a free cup of water……

There was a long hair in my sandwich and when I went up to the girl working to tell her she was extremely rude until I explained to her there was hair in my food. She offered to make me another one but I was so disgusted I declined. I don’t normally write reviews but I just think we should be more careful when handling food.

The girl is very rude O ask her for water she said I have to buy something first I have my Starbucks cup and just buy form different store really is very bad service and bad attitude for sure this is not the company policy so I hope one of the managment take action for her I never ever go there again in my whole life and this is inside the mall that’s funny

Got food poisoning today 3/6 from milk that they used for my go-to drink. The milk they used was out on the counter for an unknown amount of time, and after using it for my drink it was still left out.

Went here after a great lunch at the mall. Both of our coffees just didn’t taste that good.

The street view is exceptionally misleading. And the photos are outdated.

I had an exceptionally great time at Starbucks Macys in Lynnwood Wa today. They're baristas are jolly, kind, cheerful and just all around outstanding!!! Just the cheerfulness i needed for the holidays. Food was great! And speedy service!!! 🥇🥇🥇🥇

They always mess up the drinks and take forever

Unfortunately, the drink orders are never correct. What they repeat back to me and what is actually given to me is never the same.
