Made an online order on 6/16/25 and mistakenly made the order for this location. Called same day to cancel the order and be refunded, was supposed to get a call back from a manager, was never called back. My order was never cancelled and I was never refunded. Now they will not answer the phone and there is no way for me to get this handled. So some employee probably just ate 3 sandwiches on my dime.

Went in on 5/29/25 around 12:05pm. The lady that was taking our order was super nice and helpful. There was one person behind us so there was no rush. Now the other lady whose name is Sailly was so unprofessional and rude, the tone she was using while she was helping her customers was so rude. She knew she was using a rude tone when she noticed the client was getting visible upset and she switched it up real quick. She was also telling the lady who was helping us to move over with our orders because she needed space with the ONE subway order she was doing. Which made no sense because she definitely had the space to finish her order. It was so unnecessary, she was micromanaging and being rude for no reason. Definitely not following the standards that subway has. I will also be sending this review through subways page. Sailly needs to work on her attitude and act as an employee and the owner of the entire subway franchise.she needs to be nicer to customers and EMPLOYEES.

Extremely slow on the service. Unbelievable there is only one person working at 4:30pm the saddest part is there is only 3 customers including me and I had to wait 20 minutes to get two sandwiches… Pretty disappointing to have to wait here. I definitely would recommend any other subway almost all other subways have two people working at a time which makes way more sense especially around dinner time.

I’ve go to this Subway location often. They accept the coupons that regularly come in the mail. Some locations don’t. The crew looks like mostly high school or college kids. Been there done that. They’re generally very nice and polite. The quality of the sandwiches seem to me to be on par with other locations. Been to more than a few since we stop at Subways a lot when traveling. Although their toaster seems to be down a lot.

Jakob helped me tonight and I was really relieved to encounter a welcoming and nice person. They provided clear communication right away about being unable to toast sandwiches at the time. Food was fresh and tasted great. Sandwich was well made. Customer service is what really got 5 stars. The place was also clean and well kept. Good employees are everything! Thanks Jakob for being so nice!

Don’t go to this Subway! The line is a disgusting mess with slimy lettuce and spotty tomatoes. The bread was stale and the place looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. It took about 15 minutes to get our sandwiches and there were only two people in line ahead of us. After opening the sandwiches and taking a bite, we ended up tossing the them in the trash. Don’t waste your money.

Really disappointed with this location. I ordered off the app and it did not save my topping selection so when I received the sandwich it was a dry sandwich with meat on it no problem so I drove up to the restaurant to see if they could put toppings on it at least since I spent 20 bucks And they would not don’t waste your time or money here

The store owner is rude and totally not respectful of his staff membersToday the store was flooding and with the staff that was working trying to frantically get ahold of the store manager who did not answer his phone and when he did he told them to stay open not having any care for his employees’s safety at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody
