I had the worst experience. I came in with a friend and I asked for 1 foot long of herbs and cheese. I told the man we wanted 2 six inch subs and he proceeds to make it a foot long. I honestly got annoyed because my friend doesn’t want sauce and I did so I asked for half a sandwich with sauce and the other half none. He did that correctly and as he proceeded to cut the sandwich he uses the knife to spread the sauce. That was so moronic. I honestly never met someone so slow.

I am not actually being dramatic, I actually had tears rolling down my face eating the sandwich. This is not promotion. All the employees there are top 10 and have amazing service and I ate my whole sandwich in almost 10 minutes, the ingredients were clean and perfect. The bread was fresh. The meat was perfection. Everything was so amazing. I don't even know how to say in words if you know me, you know I don't like much food, but I love the subway specifically the one on 164th Ave in Lynnwood . I swear to God go there and you will not be disappointed. I almost wanted to kiss the guy behind the counter for making such an amazing sandwich.

Great service !!! I ordered pick up for two sandwiches, I was about 7 minutes away. When we pulled up the gentleman was taking care of a couple customers and our pick up time was still a little bit away. Well my honey decided to just go in there to just wait out till pick up time but it was already done! & they were so YUMMY. Thank you for this ultra quick service!!!!

Everything was great until today. We visit this store on a regular basis. This is the first time I've been so disappointed. Ordered a 6 inch chicken salad on white. Got an almost 5 inch sandwich. Also I ordered chicken salad. Apparently they need to rename this sandwich. Call it shredded chicken and mayo sandwich. And they charge more for chicken salad.
I had such fantastic service from the lady working there on Friday night, 9/27/24. She was so efficient, made my sandwich really well and with care, and asked all the usual questions in a clear voice and useful order. I know it seems like there's not much difference between subway ordering, but she really stood out as doing a fantastic job. She also complimented my sweater, which was really nice because I've had a rough week and it was just such a pleasant thing to hear late night when I was tired and just needed some food. She had curly hair and a bandana, and if there's any possible way to give her a raise or at least a bonus, she very very much deserves it. Really made my night, which is hard to do at a fast food place. Thanks so much for being so awesome.

There were an insane amount of fruit flies flying around all of the vegetables. So disgusting! I took a picture but the flies just look like small dots on the glass. Watching flies hover around my food completely killed my appetite. I will never come back.

Will not return. I value my time, store was slow, so staff were cleaning. I waited the requested time for them to finish and for the floors to dry and was left waiting in parking lot after both employees went in back. I was asked to stay and wait initially which I did. No acknowledgement and disappearing really left a sour taste in my mouth
