I ordered a meal of the day and it came out full priced. I asked the employee about it and he had no answer just a smile and sorry. There was a man behind me who said that happened to him the prior day and he left. I ended up spending $21.00 for my meal

before we paid, we wanted to change our meals from fountain to bottle drinks. the employee said we asked for medium fountain drinks and couldnt (wouldnt) change it. no one was in line behind us

The one person in the shop was about as warm as a glacier. The lettuce was turning brown. The tomato had also been out for awhile. He dropped some bread on the ground and laid it on the counter instead of trashing it. Just not the experience I have always had in this location.

The worker at the store charged me $26.96 (not including tax) for what should have costed $16.98 because she charged my subs of the day as full price sandwiches and my chips as seperate purchases. The worker really struggled to understand my order, and I'd imagine part of that came from the fact she had an earbud in the entire time I was in the store.
Atmosphere and food are what you'd expect from a Subway. I really love Subway generally and go to a lot of different ones to get sandwiches, but I'll not be returning to this one. Attached I have my receipt with the date to show that my turkey sandwiches were indeed the sub of the day.
Very frustrating experience, 0/10, if I hadn't been with other people I would have just walked out.

The lady working around this time 4:58 pm June 12 failed to get my order right, her phone call while prepping my food was more important. Do better!

Some bread options such as HoneyOat bread were not available for last 4 consecutive visits. It is so even in early mornings, making me guessing this store doesn't restock certain ingredients.
Employees' service today was ok: not very friendly but they do the jobs without trouble.
3 tables in tiny indoors. Sometimes the tables are not cleaned.
No public restrooms allowed.
Large parking lots.
Subway coupons accepted.
The prices are getting steeper rapidly.

“Terrible service! The employee speaks poor English, I couldn’t understand him, and instead of helping, he started raising his voice. I asked for extra tomatoes and cucumbers, but they didn’t add anything. Very disappointed, I won’t be coming back!”

Two experiences here, and two types of visits. The 1st as a customer, one of two people in the store and the staff were rude and for lack of a better term, huffy. You'd think in asking for a custom sandwich, I was asking for the answer to a complicated homework assignment they didn't wanna finish. This was some time ago, and my recent visor was a different staff member.
8 was doing a doordash order, and when I came in, she was finishing a massive order. When I got a chance I asked about my order, and she said it was already picked up. She tried to say that there must have been a second order, but the point is she gave my order to someone presumably without verifying the order, wouldn't rectify her mistake, and wouldn't answer when doordash support called to try to resolve the issue(who mentioned that there didn't appear to be duplicate orders either).
This whole experience, the girl behind the counter was super rude and didn't even acknowledge this was her mistake. Not a business I want to support in any case

The lady at the front today sunday February 16th was very rude and aggressive. Definitely I won't be back again at this location.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. 2 toasted Italian herb and cheese with meatballs and 2 regular white Italian. The two that were not toasted were stale as hell. The bread was hard and if you squeeze it, it's crumbles to dust. You could use it to make good stuffing maybe. Or feed birds..I picked some of the meats and veggies out, tucked them in a flour tortilla and made a wrap and . Threw the rest away. Fresh baked bread my ass! One other thing...it's ok to mark what the sub is when there is more than one.

Sherry is very rude- I ordered Doordash and my sandwich was wrong. I called & she admitted it was made wrong & then proceeded to give me attitude & hung up on me TWICE. I paid $15 for an item & got no help or refund, just treated horribly! I would love to get in touch w/ the owner/ manager please!
