The last two times I have gone here, I received subpar service and food, different employees both times. I will say, though, both of them managed to roll my sandwich up in ways I have never conceived of nor does anyone need in their lives.

Do not go to this subway. The worker is rude and do not follow by their promo.On the website it says when you order 1 footlong, u get another footlong free. I ask for a refund and he said no and smiled in my face. I left without taking the sandwich. Worst subway i ever been too.

I understand not liking your job and taking it out on online orders because you feel that they're free of repercussions, but there's a reason why in your required food training that you MUST take, you have to certify that you understand that you don't intentionally cross contaminate or intentionally give a wrong order. My order was the way it was because of my food allergies. I'm now out an epipen because someone who can't do one of the more simpler food service jobs (yes, I've worked them...) decided to take it out on me and put an ingredient I'm allergic to in the sandwich. It was barely even the sandwich I ordered! This could've killed someone who can't afford an epipen and now I need to get another not covered by insurance! Unbelievable!!!!Dietary restrictions: RUN AWAY

I thought i would try subway that i havent in a while. I ordered online. Really stale bread. Wasn't a good service. The guy had awkward silence with no smile. Forgot my drink and had to remind him. This is why I don't eat subway.

I was at the gym next door today, and i forgot my water so i looked around the plaza. It was 8:30am, and the doors were locked. I see there is someone inside and I give a knock, a couple times and they just ignore me. Could have atleast left a note why they aernt open on time instead of just ignoring my presence.
