Dined in with my boyfriend on Sunday night for the first time and the food was amazing! Since it was our first time, the manager named Bryan helped explain the menu to us and really made our experience memorable. Bryan was attentive and always checked in on us incase we needed anything. He also was helping out his other severs when they needed support (also working in the food industry , you don’t see managers do this as much as you would think) . The sauce bar was newer addition to this location; however, it did not disappoint !Vegetarian options: Most broths can be made vegetarian

Went on a random weekday, got there right when they opened. There were two other tables there and the service was slow. Had to wave the waitress down a couple times i think she was by her self. I think it’s weird to dine in a restaurant to get served by a robot and have to get up and grab your food for yourself. Aside from that the food tasted good, perfect for cloudy/rainy day. I did the all you can eat option ($35.99pp) and got a drink and the total was over $50, kind of a lunch splurge for just me

The food is decent.I had an okay experience until I got a bill. there was a comment that 15%tip will be automatically charged to the party 4 or more. We were 4, two adults and two kids, however, a server charged 18% tip to my table without asking. It was the moment an experience in the restaurant turned into a bad one. I didn't complain to the server because I didn't want to ruin the dinner.I might be wrong. But just check at the bottom of the menu.

Honestly, we didn't have a great experience. :(First off, the table we were at was pretty run down and didn't look as clean as it should (really dusty and had old sauce still caked on the table). The wall was dented and disintegrating where this rickety tray system had run into it a lot. I could forgive that aspect but service was a bit slow and I had to go up front to return our menu choices and to get someone to take our payment at the end. Again, not a game changer but not great.What really wasn't good was the food. They brought some out to us by server but some was delivered by a robot. Upon inspecting it the meat was all still half frozen. The seafood look pretty nasty I'll be honest. It was dusted with ice crystals and in a puddle of slimy water. The ramen noodles were practically adhered to the plate and super old. Everything was pretty bland and flavorless so I did make use of their szechuan soup base, which was personally the only part that wasn't a bad aspect of the meal (although the soup was barely deep enough to even cook your ingredients!) Also for 35$ a person I had hoped the quality of the beef would be decent but it was like 90% fat...Bonus points deducted for finding a bug on my partners veggie tray, that was just walking all over the leaves and another large insect crawling around near my chair. Whole place felt neglected and the food and service was sub par. Weird vibe overall, we won't be back. I'm sure others have had nice experiences there, it seemed like a pretty popular spot. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but we would much rather go to Happy Lamb for hot pot.

For all you can eat I think the prices are fair though for most of the broths you pay a small bit extra on top of the base rate. Very pleasant spot and very good food.

We’ve eaten there on many occasions, and the food is solid. However, the service is hit and miss. We ate there tonight, and the service was really terrible. If they were busy, I would’ve cut them some slack. However, there was only one other table beside us in the room. They messed up our order, left off things, and pretty much didn’t give us any service in spite of us complaining several times. We finally asked to talk to the manager and then we were told the manager left at four, and there was no manager on duty, which probably explains the complacency of the workers there. We will give it another try and if the service doesn’t improve, we will move on as there are plenty of other hot pot options in the area.

We ordered the combo set and barely got any attention from the servers to get basic needs like cutlery or bowls. Inattentive servers, yet received automatic 18% gratuity.

We have been here four times in a month and have been impressed each time. The food is fantastic. I love that we each get our own broth so I'm not having to fight my family over the food. :) The service has been great especially the waitress we've had now three times, Alex, has been so helpful and sweet. She is very tentative to our needs.
