We went to get Taco Bell last night service sucks, we order a chalupas that's supposed to be a steak but they were more veggie then anything else🙄, the attitude of the people working on the kitchen sucks.

This is the Taco Bell by my home, and every time I try and go here I get the worst food. Yesterday morning I ordered the chicken chalupa combo, with a Baja Blast and a cinnamon twist. Firstly, the chalupa shells were cold, and there was hardly any chicken on them I took 3 bites before I even had any meat. They made both of them the same way. The hard shell taco that came with the meal was broken into many pieces aa if they threw it in the bag?! It had more lettuce than anything. I tried ordering a Baja Blast, and they said they were out. Every time I come to this locations drive thru there’s an issue. $19 for the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. This isn’t an isolated incident as they constantly serve portions that aren’t correct, and either fail to give a receipt, or never answer their phones. I said last time I’d never come back, and I should’ve known better. If you have a craving for TB this is not the location. It’s like a bad joke. I want a refund or my food made properly. So discouraging.

i just ate here and this has gotta be the worst taco bell ive ever had, me and my family got 4 of these new burritos, my mom had 2 and they were absolutely massive, meanwhile my 2 were about 2x smaller, also my crunchwrap surpreme had about no beef in it, it was basically just tortilla and the chip layer

Upon receiving my dinner after asking for two Mexican pizzas, no tomato extra cheese. I received my food squashed as someone who worked in the food industry for a long time this is very unacceptable unprofessional, and the fact that the location refuses to answer The phone to take concerns over the phone is another level of unprofessionalism the manager on shift needs to be held accountable for poor leadership skills perfessionalisn is key and this store does not carry it as they used to
ordered delivery . i ordered sauces as one does for taco bell because let's be honest this stuff needs sauce . i ordered several new sauces paid for them orders hot sauce ect didn't get a single one . taco bell is inedible without sauce. i work fast food myself I pack Uber and door dash orders all day long it's not hard to check the ticket and make sure everything that was ordered goes into the bag . this location specifically does not care about customers at all . y'all are slacking and need to up your game. I've been to the physical location and ordered delivery here many times and it always seems to disappoint will never go here again.

Courteous, fast, polite. My husband has been eating this one particular item for 40 years and this is the first time someone has made it correctly in ten years. Big shout out to Johnny P and the line cooks! You made my husband cry!

Food here is almost never cooked well, orders are almost always missing something. Cold hash browns, overcooked old hash browns, missing items from orders, poor ingredient spreading/balance, not enough stuff in burritos or quesadillas. skip this one and take the extra time to drive to another if you really want taco bell or just go to another one of the mexican places around or be disappointed
