Taqueria Puebla offers an excellent casual Mexican dining experience. The prices may be a bit high, but the quality of the food, including the tacos al pastor, shrimp, and carnitas, is exceptional. The al pastor tacos are fantastic, cooked slowly on a real trompo with pineapple and beautiful seasoning. The carne asada can be a little dry, and the carnitas a bit too fatty for some, but everything is prepared really well. The restaurant also has a wide selection of sauces at the clean, well-stocked salsa bar, with six delicious options. The chips are fresh, and there are vegetarian choices like rice, bean and cheese, or quesadillas. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Owner Adrian provides smooth catering options, including setup and cleanup. The food is packed well for takeout. Highly recommended!
