Love Red Cork next door which has the same owner, so was very excited to finally try Taqueria Puebla.We tried 4 street tacos and one small burrito along with sampling the salsas. Everything was super tasty and had good depth of flavor. Food came out very fast and was packed well to take home. So happy that you can easily mix and match to build a meal to fit your appetite.We will be back!

There's a reason this place currently has a 4.7 rating.(It should be 5, all the way.)I crave their tacos, so I keep coming back. Great prices. Wonderful hospitality. Not a place to be overlooked in Mukilteo. They will greet you with a smile and give you some AMAZING food. You will be back, I sure will.I sometimes wish they were on the other apps for delivery/pick up but I can appreciate the way they run their business. I know those other apps can be a hassle so It's not a big deal, I will be back either way. Thanks for the great service.

One of the best tacos I've ever had. I've had tacos all over seattle. Well worth the drive to go get them. The flavor in the beef street taco is astounding. The tortillas are fresh and home made. Carne asada is perfection.

Generally like this place. Today they were busy and it was noisy. I only have a half hour for lunch so, I ordered to go. I didn't realize they charge for to go orders, and charge tax on that fee, too. Whether they missed it and didn't make my order or they gave it to someone else, the result is the same. My order was not made, she had to ask my order again, so it could be made, I spent all my time waiting and got back to work with no time to eat.

We hired Taqueria Puebla through Red Cork Bistro & Catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely AMAZING! So many of our guests have told us multiple times that the tacos at our wedding were the best they've ever had. Adrian was such a pleasure to work and plan with. The buffet table was set up to match the elegance of our event. Everything was perfect!We still go to Taqueria Puebla frequently! I strongly suggest using Taqueria Puebla (Red Cork Bistro & Catering) as the caterer for your event. And at the very least go in to enjoy their DELICIOUS tacos!

Best Mexican food since I moved from The Mission in SF 4 years ago. Whoa. Next level. Discovered it by accident while on the road. I'm going to drive back and hang out in a random roadside mall for this amazing high quality cuisine. My family agreed.Informal place with bright lighting and whatnot. The food is perfect. I had a quesadilla with chicken tinga on an enormous handmade tortilla. Already thinking of excuses to drive to Lynwood to eat here again.

Al Pastor TacosCarne Asada TacosRice and BeansIt was really good. For the price I can't complain. Super tasty and clean. The tacos were topped with meat more than my taco could hold so the extra meat leftover was added to my rice and beans which weren't at all dry or nasty. I loved it and will be coming back soon with the fam to go since it isn't a very big restaurant. But they have enough space to make delicious food!
