The coffee here was decent but the customer service was pretty bad. Communication from the barista was pretty terrible after I asked her could she repeat herself because she spoke too fast. She gave me attitude when I only asked her once I barely said anything at that. As if I bothered her. And the coffee was extremely hot with no sleeve. December 3, 2024. 10:55

Service was ok, be careful when you order a bagel though, they don't tell you when you order that they don't toast it but they microwave it so you get a hot soggy bagel instead of a toasted one. It gross and not cheap, so very frustrating that they don't disclose that when you order.

Great, convenient location however the service and product are subpar-- especially for Western WA.-Barista was preoccupied when we arrived-Barista was forgetful and had to ask us to remind her of our order twice (20oz redbull soda + 16oz mocha)-Barista was confused when I said I would like/need a sleeve for the very hot cup-We had to ask for our card back after the Barista said "Bye!" and started talking to the other customer on the opposite end.+She had a lot of energy, very perkyFood/Drinks:-Redbull was bland, even though it was a 20oz-Mocha was not even a mocha, it was the same consistency and flavor as a cheap hot cocoa made with water. Not good at all. Not even coffee in any way.

Ordered via door dash. Everything was cold on delivery. My wifes sandwich was cold. Her coffee was cold, the sausage and egg on my sandwich was still frozen. The only thing they got right was the $2 pre made cookie.When we contacted them about the issue they only refunded half the order... never ordering from this place again.
