Does this look like good chicken teriyaki to you?
Update: Came here again, and ordered 2 orders of chicken teriyaki. Got home, took a few bites of chicken and it didn't seem to be fully cooked and just tasted odd. My kids didn't even want it and they usually love teriyaki. So I wasted $40 on junk. And from reading the reviews, it seems this place isn't interested in making customers happy by remaking orders or refunding $. Won't be coming back here anymore.
And p.s. The food isn't always made fresh. When you order 2 entrees and they call your number a minute after you order you know that's not fresh.

Ate here last night. Had the #13, Teriyaki chicken and general tsao chicken. Came with 2 mounds of rice and cabbage salad. The Teriyaki was cold to touch and the general tsao was steaming hot and had great flavor. The Teriyaki sauce wasn't very good and looked greasy. Sorry but we won't be coming back.

I seldom go to Teriyaki Town. It was my second time trying their food. I was curious about their menus. They look good on the pictures, but after trying them again, it seems they are just the same as I had in the past, many years ago. I ordered a pack of shrimp fried rice and a bowl of chicken soup. The taste was okay, though! I just gave them 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ so far. Talking about the price.. it sounds a bit too expensive. There's another Asian food restaurant with the same price, but their tastes are better ! Hopefully, they'll improve their taste in the near future, otherwise reduce the price ! ?..!!

We went there and spent $140 .Guy at reception didn't even gave us any sauce with food.He wanted to charge extra for even single little bowl of sauce.

I bought a chicken bowl Tasted different than usual. Found a burnt piece and they ruined it. I went to tell them and all he did was throw 4 more pieces of chicken on it...left the burnt piece on it .....how rude. I will never eat there again

I have never left a review for a restaurant before. I’ve had some meals that were average or even below average and I understand that’s just part of the experience sometimes. I ordered a Kung pow chicken in this restaurant to go. it and it was the wrong entrée. I live about 15 minutes from the restaurant so I called them and said it was the wrong order and I had no idea what it was and I didn’t like it. The restaurants response was “oh sorry”. Did not offer me anything, and that was the end of it. I will not be going back. It was $17 and I got something I couldn’t eat basically. This was the worst meal I have ever had from any teriyaki restaurant in 30 years. Not a very good way to stay in business….
