Well folks, not to seem like a cheap guy, but this is it for my wife and I. (She agrees) What was once a loved enjoyable place to stop and have a meal or a treat, it is no longer worth it. The food is not prepared nearly as well as it was. The service is just okay, best in the bar area though. The price to eat out these days is ridiculous and these guys jumped right up there on the stupid inflation wagon. Can we say bigger price tags with them foods please? Good grief. The nails in the coffin is that the prices had little change for the dessert I took to go... I opened up the bag when I got home to find my slice portion size is now 1/3 of what it was. I would have paid more for an original sized cake slice. Thanks for the memories ya'll. Wish I could say it was hard to say goodbye but they made it frustratingly easy.

Every visit here follows the same pattern which is overwhelmed staff and dropped balls at every turn. At check-in, the hostess barely acknowledged our reservation before we had to remind them we were even standing in line. You could see the moment she realized the fumble. No silverware when our food arrived? Had to ask. The drinks were good. Then we sat long enough that a manager eventually came over just to assure us the food was coming. And waiter swaps mid-meal with zero heads up? Apparently that’s just part of the experience. This is what it looks like when a restaurant no longer feels like it needs its customers. The new server was nice. We weren’t guests, we were table numbers. There are plenty of places that will actually treat you like you chose them on purpose.

We went as a group of 7. Made reservation and let them know we wanted a table not booth. When we arrived, said our table was ready. Followed server to BOOTH. They took care of it and moved us to table. I also let them know it it was my daughters b-day. They said she we be given a sundae.
The server came over after waiting, was not pleasant. She walked over with an expression as if she would like to be someplace else. Set a small container of bread, and asked if we wanted something to drink. We waited a long time for her to come take our order even though she walked slowly down the isle looking at everyone else's table but continued to just walk on.
Finally she took order. The place was not that busy yet took along time to get food. Not only did she just walk by our table but so we're other servers! They would stand at the end of isle talking to each other but nothing is happening just glum server faces.
Our food arrived and was not at all what we expected considering the price! My broccoli was supposed to be steamed but it was hard, mashed potatoes were overly salty, gummy and bland salmon. Daughters fettuccine was watery.
I asked about the sundae and waitress just winked at me. The bill came out, everyone paid and THEN she brought a sundae no bigger then two shot glasses!
No enthusiasm from the server, no nothing except she did say thank you.
I called Manager and he seemed rushed, heard me out and told me he would let the staff know. He didnt care!!
I wasnt asking for money back! I did expect better service if I had to pay 33 bucks for a bland piece of salmon and hard broccoli!
Never again will I go!

I've been here twice now. One time, really great above and beyond service. The second time wasn't the best service wise. Food wasn't as good, but the cheesecake outdid itself both times! I'd definitely go back. They have tons of options and the place is pretty clean with lots of modern decor. Feels like fine dining for the middle class.

I was there on 11/22/25 for a birthday party. Extremely expensive cheesecake at about $13 a slice. Our waitress forgot someone's entire order and they had to wait for them to make it while the rest of us ate. The child across from me ordered the kids cheeseburger sliders and when they arrived they had no cheese and were cold so he was upset. When they brought cheese on the plate, it was cold and hard and wouldn't melt into the burger. Expect to spend $40 per person. Just not what it used to be, too expensive for chain restaurant food and they don't even make the cheesecake in the restaurant anymore so there's no reason for it to be so expensive.

Exactly what you hope for at the Cheesecake factory. We sat at the bar and received great service and drinks from the bartenders.

The music is way too loud to be able to hear the people at your table, but everything else was great

Got one and half pieces of chicken no sauce no bread $37 later Michelle the manager offered me bread as compensation. Bad service because they are way too busy. If it is busy just avoid the hour wait.

On Wednesday we had a wonderful time when we attended our granddaughter's graduation. She requested after that we go to The Cheesecake Factory for late lunch/early dinner. Our son arrived before us and was told that there would be a 30-minute wait because one of the servers had failed to arrive yet. When we arrived 10 minutes later, we were very surprised to hear this since there were very few tables occupied, and several servers seemed to be wandering around. After about 40 min we asked the hostess how much longer and she said another 10 minutes, when we inquired as to why so much longer, she said because the server still hadn't arrived and because we were a large party (9 adults) they had have enough servers on hand. We suggested that perhaps she was making their problem- our problem and that we felt this was somewhat unfair since other diners were coming in and being seated and served. Within a couple of minutes, we were seated. The food was good; the service from the hostess left much to be desired and her attitude was less than respectful. We felt that the situation could been handled much better than it was, don't plan on going there again any time soon.
