It's always amazing to dine here. Everything from free bread to margaritas to foods were perfect
A little pricey.

Exactly what you hope for at the Cheesecake factory. We sat at the bar and received great service and drinks from the bartenders.

The music is way too loud to be able to hear the people at your table, but everything else was great

Got one and half pieces of chicken no sauce no bread $37 later Michelle the manager offered me bread as compensation. Bad service because they are way too busy. If it is busy just avoid the hour wait.

On Wednesday we had a wonderful time when we attended our granddaughter's graduation. She requested after that we go to The Cheesecake Factory for late lunch/early dinner. Our son arrived before us and was told that there would be a 30-minute wait because one of the servers had failed to arrive yet. When we arrived 10 minutes later, we were very surprised to hear this since there were very few tables occupied, and several servers seemed to be wandering around. After about 40 min we asked the hostess how much longer and she said another 10 minutes, when we inquired as to why so much longer, she said because the server still hadn't arrived and because we were a large party (9 adults) they had have enough servers on hand. We suggested that perhaps she was making their problem- our problem and that we felt this was somewhat unfair since other diners were coming in and being seated and served. Within a couple of minutes, we were seated. The food was good; the service from the hostess left much to be desired and her attitude was less than respectful. We felt that the situation could been handled much better than it was, don't plan on going there again any time soon.

I bought my son a cheesecake for his 35th birthday. Was pleased to see they had a red velvet cheesecake (his favorite), and ordering online was easy.
Did curbside pickup so that was a breeze.
$75.00 for the cheesecake, slices are large. Not too sweet. I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars, but my son really liked it, and that is what really matters!
(We served it in the box because the cat was obsessed with the cheesecake, and we were afraid it would jump on the table and eat it)

Food portions are huge, which is great. Obviously don’t expect a 5* restaurant service and quality, but for the prices it’s absolutely amazing!

HORRIBLE treatment before seating. We were told we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, which was fine. Then at an hour we checked in about our table, and they said 15 more minutes, some big parties were leaving. Meanwhile we watched 8 different families come in, put their name down and get seated. At an hour and a half we went up again, and the panicked look on the hostesses face made us realize she forgot about us, but she quickly said "A couple tables just opened up." So another girl went to tale us to a booth, only for it to be occupied, so she said , "One moment." And then left us standing there for 10 minutes wondering what was happening. Meanwhile she continues to seat larger parties down. When I ask what the heck is going on, she forgot about us too, talked to the manager and FINALLY sat us down. Then my husband went to order the spicy cashew, which is no longer on the menu, and the waitress scoffed, rolled her eyes, and said "No one ever orders that, so we took it off the menu." Wasn't very nice.
Two slices of cheesecake was 25 bucks. We spent 130 for a four hour dining experience. Not one apology was given for the treatment of us. We have been loyal customers for over a decade and this was disappointing and none of us will be returning. Do better.
