This was our first time sitting down to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. My whole family enjoyed the food, the experience, and the restaurant's ambience. The food was good but the service was superb. We had an exceptional waitress.

Was hoping for a standard resolution to a poor service experience but it seems I'm not worth their time. Waited half an hour with kids in the car for curbside order. Brought the baby in to cancel after seeing other orders coming out and get a refund but my online order could only be reimbursed through a gift card sent to me in the mail. Never saw the gift card. My hot meal sat for half an hour so wasn't worth taking but they did let me get the salad for my wife. So that's the last penny this business will receive from me.

I was a take out order first one waiting for 40 minutes someone else polls up they come and take out their order and I had asked the lady how much long on my burger and she told me that next time to come in and get my food.

Coming from Canada well British Columbia we look forward to coming to cheese cake factory as we don't have one near us besides this one... Unfortunately this was one of if not the worst experience I've had at this restaurant group. I can give rave reviews of the California locations but this was a disappointment. I had to crusted Parm chicken and it was the strangest experience I've had. One chicken breast was over cooked , one was under cooked and the other was swimming in the greasy sauce that's ment to look decorative. On top of that it seemed like I was served day old bread. Will not be coming back so no way to rectify this at this location for me or my family

It took us 30 to be seated after 90 minutes of waiting getting water after the 4rd request, bread eaten, and offered twice before our water came. We left...
Have ordered salad here before and food was ok but tonight was awful and nearly inedible. Ordered an omelet with cheese, bacon, mushrooms & avocado. The avocado was hot (yuck) and brown. I threw it out. There was no cheese in the omelet so the eggs were DRY. So basically I got overcooked dry eggs with mushrooms and a tiny bit of bacon. It was a last minute meal we ordered because our oven was broken but I will never again order from this restaurant. Waste of money.

Zero stars. DO NOT COME HERE WITH A BABY! Today, I waited for a table .. to be told i can't bring my stroller with me for my 3 month old and he has to sit at the table. Clearly not a family friendly restaurant. Clearly the host doesn't know that a 3 month olds can't sit up. Absolutely ridiculous there are no accommodations.

Food is always great here! It's usually quite loud & busy in the restaurant... I've also had a couple odd experiences with servers here. But bottom line, the food is good!

Great food honestly it usually is. and Alyssa was so helpful I wish I’d brung cash she wasn’t even my waiter and she helped me more than the actual waiter honestly Alyssa deserves a raise.

Update: I did let the manager know, he removed the charges. What wasn't considered, was that it was a ruined holiday and we took the ferry over for Easter brunch. We went home to sandwiches. Maybe there are times when more should be offered, like our next visit be comped. Still, Do better. Look at the reviews you are currently getting. Oh, and when they prov you an email for their survey and claim that they want to talk with you, you never hear from them.
