The Old Spaghetti Factory is unfortunately not what I remember from childhood. The food lacked flavor, and the overall atmosphere felt outdated and not reflective of the price point. The sauce tasted reminiscent of canned, generic red sauce, and the meatballs were comparable to plain ground beef with little to no seasoning. While I had hoped for a more enjoyable dining experience, I was disappointed and cannot recommend returning

The food was cooked decently well but a little over salty. The bread at the beginning was delicious. The wild mushroom ravioli was unbalanced and heavy. The kids meals had a nice variety and were well loved. The place was clean and convenient if staying at the hotel next door. One word of caution for anyone Gluten-free, there were pasta noodles that made their way into a side of broccoli. While it was fine for me, if my husband had been with us, that would have been a problem for him. So if you are sensitive to gluten just be aware.

It was.... well, let's just say the waiter continued to bring us bread after noticing we weren't eating our entrees. Chef Mike is at work in their kitchen and for the money they want for inedible food is staggering. Thank God for the bread through. The bread was good.

As to the reply from management- no I will never return to your place of business or recommend it. I was very generous in my review to not in detail describe the food myself and companion were served by your staff. If they felt that was good enough to serve there is absolutely no way I would ever give your establishment another chance with my money. Thank you for your reply discounting my experience and off handedly suggesingt I should come back, spend more money and risk the same experience because I picked the wrong dish instead of taking any accountability that your food that was served was awful. Your reply was disrespectful and you must know it on some level.

I decided to visit because it’s been around for a long time and is pretty well-known, but I ended up leaving in a bad mood. I honestly don’t understand why I had to feel uncomfortable and self-conscious while spending my money there. The host needs serious improvement — either pay them more or hire someone who actually cares. When guests walked in, the host didn’t greet them properly, just stared blankly and ignored their responsibilities. That already ruined the mood before I even started eating, and unfortunately, the server had the same attitude. Honestly, the owner should replace the host immediately.

On top of that, the food itself was just mediocre — nothing special at all. I left wondering why I even bothered coming here, and it completely ruined my day. Honestly, I should have just gone to The Cheesecake Factory instead.

My family had the absolute worst experience this past Saturday at what is supposed to be a 'family-friendly' restaurant. The service was appalling from start to finish. Not only did it take an absurd amount of time just to get water, but our entire meal was also completely forgotten. I had to step in and ask about our order after waiting more than an hour with no updates or attention from the staff.

By the time I finally spoke to someone, the restaurant was nearing closing time at 9:30 PM, and we were informed that our meal wasn't even ready yet—it was still being prepared. The lack of professionalism was staggering. The manager offered a half-hearted apology and assured us the main meal wouldn't be charged, yet we were still billed for the appetizer and drinks. The audacity to charge us for anything after such an egregious failure is beyond insulting, especially after implying we should be 'grateful' the main meal was covered.

To make matters worse, when the meal finally arrived, it was incorrect! A 'free meal' doesn’t matter if it’s not what we ordered. Frustrated and appalled, we promptly returned the incorrect meal to the restaurant. Making a family wait over an hour only to serve the wrong order is completely unacceptable.

This was an utter failure on the part of both the waitstaff and management. The incompetence, lack of communication, and disregard for basic customer service were shocking. If I could post a review with zero stars, I absolutely would. This experience was not only disappointing but deeply disrespectful to us as customers.

The Old Spaghetti Factory is great for getting a 3-course pasta meal. I arrived right at opening for dinner, and I'm glad I did, as it quickly became packed. This is a great place to bring kids. I ate in the bar, which also filled up quickly. I had a garden salad with Bleu cheese dressing, lasagne, and spumoni ice cream.

The service and food were good. Though it's not the best Italian food, it definitely is a great option to get a good meal.
