This is easily the best teriyaki in Edmonds. The proprietor cooks the food to order this isn't your typical precooked reheated fare it's delicious and fresh. If you live in the area your take out will be piping hot when you get home. There is a reason why this shop has been here for decades.

First time at Toshi’s Teriyaki. I ordered 21, Teriyaki Spicy Garlic Chicken. I took a bite and the chicken was juicy and quite tender. The rice is very moist. Presentation could be better but it’s a Teriyaki place lol. Overall, I would definitely come back for more!
Being seeing Mike cooking since high school 1987, always the best real beef steak and chicken ANYWHERE in the USA ?? I've ever been. I drive 45 miles just to get his grinds
