a story from the "expectation and reality" section but a disappointing reality... I bought it expecting a wonderful spiral cake filled with cheese and herbs, but it looks like twisted remnants of cheese with a bit of herbs 🤷 I do not recommend this cake 👎 but the vegetables and fruits are very tasty and natural, I recommend it

Be careful, there are often expired products. I bought corn sticks here, a large package and the whole package was soft and expired. I threw it in the trash ((((((

Purchased two cans of raspberry fresh jam which was not cooked properly. The sugar calcified and became hard and we could not eat it. Tried taking it back and was told Troika is not responsible for the quality of food they carry. They now have a sign up. I got a phone number of the lady that sells the jam to Traika, to call them and figure out what can be done. Never have I ever heard of this kind of service. Will shop elsewhere.

one of the worst stores in the region, you often come across expired products (sausages and frankfurters), goods with an expired expiration date are not accepted back.

Manager declined to accept return of spoiled fish. Also declined to provide her name and business license information which is public information by law. Fish was not expired but had a chemical taste and smell, flesh had a texture of a product which went through freeze thaw cycle multiple times.
