Wow, my coworkers told me about Tubs! The sandwich was absolutely delicious!
Coming from the East Coast, I’m picky about bread, but theirs was perfect. Honestly, I feel stupid for not ordering an extra full-size sandwich to take home!

By the way, I ordered chicken Amiga?

Best sub sandwiches in Western Wa. Been coming here since the 1990’s. I’ve tried just about every sandwich on the menu…The Firecracker, French Dip and Italian are the delicious!

It was my first time. I like this place and I'll be back to try more. It was busy when we visited and we ordered to go. They had a lot of seating, and the tables were mostly full. The kitchen is well staffed, and they were putting out orders fast. Lots of delivery drivers were cycling in and out while we waited.

I had a small jerk chicken sandwich. It was tasty. I'll ask for more seasoning next time. The bread was really good; my sandwich included slaw on it, and I really appreciate the bread didn't get soggy from the slaw by the time I ate it. The overall flavor was really good. Quality all around was great!

The person I was with had a large California turkey sandwich. He liked it a lot and offered me some. It was a no suprises sandwich, very good. He commented it was too large for one meal and saved the rest for later.

We're looking forward to another trip.

You'll never have a better sandwich or service. There is a reason it's been around forever! Firecracker is a go to.

I love this place. My favorite sandwich place. My husband and I used to get it at least twice a week on our way home. But the last 3 or 4 times we went the bread is hard as a rock on our sandwiches. My teeth could barely get through it. Even have requested in the notes for soft bread or to toast it for just a second. It didn't work. It may be the bread they use that just doesn't work for me. Haven't had it in 4 or 5 months now.

I had a weird experience at the Tubs in Lynnwood on Wednesday (10/9). I love this place and have only ever gotten the Funky Bird as it’s my favorite, but today I decided I’ll try the meatball sub. Every meatball sub I have ever had in my life has had meatballs covered in tomato sauce/pasta sauce covered in cheese. So this is what I had in my head. Tubs version came with a vinaigrette, sundried tomato paste, topped with tomatoes and red onions (all of which I thought were bizarre things to put on a meatball sub) in addition to provolone, Parmesan and garlic seasoning. So I asked for a small MEATBALL sub with just the provolone, Parmesan and garlic seasoning. The cashier looked at me weird and asked me to repeat my order. Which I did TWO more times. She then shows me the long list of items she removed from the sandwich which I only quickly glanced at because I repeated my order 3 times for her. Then I overhead the guy making my sandwich laughing at the ingredients and I’m sitting there thinking “what is going on right now”? So they hand me my sandwich shortly after and I go to eat it and there are NO MEATBALLS. They basically gave me garlic bread and charged me $13 plus (price plus tip) for that. So I went back in and said “hi, um, there are no meatballs on my sandwich”. The cashier said I showed you the list of the items I removed. I was like “but I ordered a small meatball sub. The meatballs are the base why would I not want meatballs”. I then asked if they could fix my sandwich or just give me the meatballs. I stood there awkwardly for 6 mins and then they hand me a cup of meatballs. I sit back down and open the cup and there is no sauce on the meatballs. At this point I just shook my head and put my dry, naked meatballs on my sauce less garlic bread. It’s clear to me now that they don’t offer a traditional meatball sandwich. They offer naked meatballs and now all those toppings they had on the sandwich make more sense. This could have been prevented. The cashier could have said something like “ it looks like you’re looking for a traditional meatball sub. We don’t offer that here”. Could have prevented so much confusion and making me feel foolish or dumb. To be fair to her though maybe she’s never had a traditional meatball sub. This experience was a huge downer. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Excellent as always. This was my first visit to this location. I'm normally further south and I used to go to the Lake City Location. Glad to see the quality is still the same.

O on a sad note I did drop one of my sammies and it was absolutely devastating. Please make sure you protect your sandwich and don't leave it on the edge of a table.

I recently started working in the area, and all of my coworkers agreed that the one place I HAD to try was Tubs Subs. I didn't believe the hype, but I was wrong. Tubs is fantastic! Their sandwiches are crafted with care, are generously portioned, and above all they're delicious! I highly recommend Tubs Gourmet Subs to anyone who wants an outstanding sandwich experience. I'll try to update with a photo next time if I can remember, but the food is so good I may forget! PS, the Firecracker is my favorite!

Honestly, I have loved this place since I was in highschool at Nathan Hale, but the Lynnwood branch gave me food poisoning and denied it. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat there again ???
