The sandwiches are good and so is the service. The place has no menu up and the decor looks like they could be remodeling. I would eat here again.

The food's good. The service is fun but the atmosphere they need an update badly and the surrounding stores around it also it's all about aesthetics and presentation

Ordered online, came in and asked about my order and was told the food wasn’t ready. sat there for 25 more minutes before i had to remind them i was waiting for my food. what’s the point of ordering online? doesn’t matter how good the food is if the service sucks.

Idk what happened to Tubs but the quality has dropped like crazy. I used to think the 10 inch was more filling than a subway footling because there was so much meat. Now it's barely any and y'all gave me the tomato butts with a big crunchy stem piece in the middle. If you're charging 15.99 for a ten inch sub it's fair for the customer to expect a well made and full sub. 1 paper thin layer of each meat and a mountain of lettuce, and then the janky tomato end pieces? Unfortunately this will be my last trip to a Tubs and that's sad, I've been telling folks for years to go to Tubs.

Generously portioned sandwiches - and the bread has a nice chew and crunch.

This is my petition to have Tubs open a location in shoreline near the town and county grocery store. Please and thank you.

they will mess up your order, completely disregard the instructions you put for the sandwich and then when you try to call the location, the phone doesn't work, it's been this way for months at this point when you get there pull out your sandwich and make sure it's good, these people and their employees don't know how to work and just don't want to work
Best sandwich shop anywhere

Really disappointed in the care they have for customers. Placed a large online order and when I arrived my 1 year old was having a full meltdown in the car. I called the store to ask if anyone could do a curbside and bring it out to my car since it was paid for. I was told no. I completely understand that this may be a me problem but I was just so disappointed that something so simple that would have gone a long way for one exhausted mom would have meant the world. When I arrived in the store with my screaming baby it was slow, there were 4-5 workers behind the counter. I was not greeted or engaged with and waited for someone to finally ask what I needed. Maybe I'm in the wrong but it's just sad that basic customer service is so poor in today's world.

Tubs with the best subs. Got the Firecracker this time. Fresh ingredients with a perfect amount of sauce. Deeeelish!

The sandwiches are stellar. The problem is during lunchtime it is hard to find parking. Also be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes for your sandwich to be ready.

This might have to be my new go to sub place when I’m in Snohomish County. Very reasonable priced but more importantly, fresh ingredients and delicious. I got a large sub which was more than filling and it was under $20. That’s pretty amazing in this economy.

Really good subs! Perfect for takeout. Parking lot is crazy and service is what you'd expect, but staff are friendly and fast.
