I wanted to share my experience from this morning. I waited for 15 minutes for a simple coffee order while the staff member served several other customers who ordered after me. In the end, I had to cancel my order and leave without receiving my coffee.
What disappointed me even more is that I have been a regular customer at your location, but the staff member did not even apologize for the delay or the inconvenience. Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning.

Turbo espresso isn’t TURBO. This coffee stand takes longer than any other coffee place I have ever been too. I’ve given this place 1,2,3 to many chances and every time I have to leave otherwise I’m late to work and I’ve stayed in line for 20+ minutes without the car in front of me leaving. I believe it’s because there is only one person working and they have to help one window before the other but the line gets LONG. You need more staff even on weekdays for the mornings!!!! After it slows down then send em HOME.

Left 15 minutes early for work so I could get my usual coffee, decided to go here because they have white coffee which some places don’t have. I waited 20+ minutes in line and only ONE car in those 20 minutes left. I had 2 people behind me and they both left as well because this was taking forever. Needless to say I DID NOT get my coffee and I was late to work because of this. I don’t know if they need more staff on the weekends or what but it was absolutely ridiculous.

All the girls that work here are very friendly, and always ask how my day is. There vanilla chais are my FAVORITE! Quick service, well made drinks. Highly recommend if your in lynnwood area. <3
I absolutely love this coffee stand. The girls are always so wonderful and have memorized mine and my hubbies usual! Highly recommended if you're in the area!
