Went here to pop in and ask questions about an upcoming event. The staff is absolutely so welcoming and want to talk to you (unlike some other local bars). We came back for the wrestling event on 4/27 and had the BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES! So much fun, great service, my friends had some delicious pizza, and we were able to talk to the wrestlers after the acts. It was such a fun bib and I will 110% be there on 5/25

This place is huge! I love the different rooms and the aesthetic! Super chill atmosphere. Karaoke nigh people were very friendly and welcoming. I had the Dole Whip and it was a delicious drink. Parking in the back.

This place had the friendliest staff. It was a little bit of confusion, However if you needed anything there was always someone to help you around. The staff were continuously apologizing for any inconvenience or for confusion. I’m not positive if the establishment had been in the middle of transition to “ Club Hectic “ from the name I can not recall at this moment , but we had a blast. I’d do it all over again. Advice……. If google map or any search engine can’t find an establishment always just stop even in the middle of Friday night rush hour on pacific Hwy. South or west. Stop … call them and get directions. They answered promptly, politely not to mention again apologetically. Great night !!!! great staff!!!!! great people !!!! outstanding performance. Yes I’d do it all over again. Yes we had VIP MEET AND GREET TICKETS BUT WE WERE SO READY After laughing so hard .., Katie and crew: yes it would have been a pleasure to meet all of you , but you pretty much were open and friendly in your performance that we did not need to meet you. When leaving prior to meet and greet , we felt we knew all of you.

Recently visited here for the first time and was so excited to check it out. The place has potential. But the food and drinks were terrible. The bartenders don’t know to make drinks at all. I got my drink and it tasted awful. I went back and had them remake it which they kindly did. I told them exactly how to make it and they didn’t listen to my instruction and made a totally different drink which was also disgusting. Then we ordered some food. Took forever just to get onion rings and tater tots. Had to ask them to warm it up again because they were cold. They returned the food and it was warm. But they were the soggiest onion rings and tots I have ever had but didn’t say anything given we had already sent it back once.All in all if I ever come back here for an event I will be making sure I eat before I come and will not be ordering any drinks.Sad because I really wanted to like this place ☹️

Club Hektic is seriously one of the coolest venues/bars I’ve ever been to! It’s legit like an adult playground there’s so much to do. First off the location is super easy to get too and located minutes from highway which is always a plus.It’s got super awesome and engaging staff that make you feel very welcome.Their drink and food menu is really good with lots of variety. The drinks or so delicious I need to try every one lol!! The main bar is really nice and spacious with comfortable booths and tables as well.I really love the energy of this place it’s got such a great vibe and atmosphere! The game room is super cool and really fun for everyone! This place is also great if you’re attending a show or just hanging out for the night. Definitely worth coming by and bringing your friends for an awesome night out! I can’t wait to come back and attend other events here in the future ☺️‼️

Went here to vend at the Wednesday raves! Finally bought some food here and GOOD LORD! The "Totchos" are AMAZING! They're basically nachos with tater tots instead of chips! Ordered mine without jalepeños because I'm a big heckin' wimp, but they were ASTOUNDING! My friend got them with and she absolutely loved them too <3Sunshine who runs the raves is also great to work with and I'm really new to the rave scene and everyone there is really welcoming!Vegetarian options: Totchos without the meat are still great!Parking: There's a few spots just outside the place but TONS right across the street!Kid-friendliness: No kids! 21+

The New Management here are awesome. Very much more inclusive than its previous owners. Thank God because this venue always had so much potential, but the management was awful. Under its new ownership this place has gotten sOOOOO much better!!! AAwesome to have another great venue in the community! Came here for a show and from the moment we walked in, it was obvious that no one put customer service as a priority. The bartender was incredibly rude, acted like I was putting him out by ordering a drink. He was in conversation with another customer and made sure to spew profanity as fast as possible, and ignore customers as quickly as he could as well. We were with a fairly large group and all had the same experience and regret our time there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
