This is the SLOWEST Wendy’s I have ever been to. You know how most fast food restaurants will take as many drive thru orders as they can so they can keep the kitchen busy and get people through the line? The system that works great at every other fast food place? They don’t do that here. They take a SINGLE order at a time, cook it, deliver it, and then take the order from the next car in line. There is always at least a 30 minute wait here. For Wendy’s.Management needs to make some serious changes to their process here.

Their drive thru line menu board it hard to see or read, it's way too far away from the line, so you're right at the order board to start reading the menu first. Makes the line move slower!

This Wendy's suck. Always cold patties and cold frys. I have never received a good meal here. I keep trying every 6 months to a year for the past 8 years. Never an I satisfied. The other fast food places in the area do Allright.

I got 2 chocolate frostys and a large fry and dipped French fries in the frosty with my 2 year old grandson. Couldn't have been better!Their drive through is always really really busy. ?

I'm a huge wendys fan so I am biased about the food. The quality here is always good. The drive through can be very slow and often has long lines so I marked down service but they are always courteous and friendly. Atmosphere is pretty much like any newer wendys and they keep it pretty clean in the dining room.
Came here with my kids and we stood in the front of the line for over 15 minutes, without any kind of acknowledgement. My daughter finally turned around and asked when they were going to take our order. Some older female employee yelled at a fellow employee to get the front. The lady who had been taking orders just kept getting other orders. I left. Spent my money somewhere more professional.

They have the worst chili at the Evergreen way Home depot parking lot location. It's all beans, almost no meat whatsoever. I've actually gotten it 3 times hoping for a different result and to my deepest regret, it was a cup of chili beans.
