One of the best banh mi sandwiches I’ve had. Great grilled pork, fresh ingredients.
I had high hopes, but unfortunately, this banh mi fell short. The bread was old and stale, completely lacking the fresh crunch you expect. The meat was gritty and tough, making it hard to chew. Overall, it just wasn’t enjoyable. There are definitely much better spots out there.
Both the food and my Thai tea were pretty good, but I wouldn't say it was the best banh mi I've ever had. The restaurant is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Much of the interior is visibly dirty. The young woman that took our order and gave us our food was kind and friendly, but she seemed to be doing the brunt of the work around the restaurant in regards to cleaning and customer interaction despite there being several other employees around. Overall, their prices, food, and drinks were decent, but I would opt for take out if I were to visit here again.
I love Special Soup, egg rolls and grilled pork sandwiches.
Great sandwich and pho!
Off-the-hook banh-mi sandwiches - can’t go wrong. Bar none, the best, most consistent, and best-priced banh-mi’s we’ve had in the area. Crispy fresh bread, soft on the inside, not unlike a perfect French baguette. Perfect blend of lettuce/fixings, jalapeño’s (they ask if you want them or not), and meat. The meat is flavorful and tender. Service is fast and friendly. The grilled pork and beef options are exceptional. Can’t speak for anything else on the menu besides the sandwiches, but the sandwiches are phenomenal.
They accept cash or card. Limited seating is available inside, but no public bathrooms, so if you’re going to dine in, bring hand sanitizer. Parking can be a challenge at peak meal times, but it’s worth it. Most highly recommended.
Great first time at Yeh Yeh’s — I got the special which was a Philly bahn mi with a side of pho broth for dipping. Pho-rench dip. Excellent service, fresh bread, tender steak, flavorful broth with a super nice hit of star anise/cinnamon. Excited to try the beef stew and the pork next time.
They've been around for years and very consistent 😍best kept secret ever🥰
