Not impressed. Potatoes were cold and not fresh. Toast was not toasted. Wife ordered a scramble and got an omelette. I asked for some jam for my toast and the server brought me Smuckers packs. This was bizarre to me, because they’re supposed to be popular for their blueberry jam and there are literally hundreds of jars of the stuff. Providing us with their “famous “ jam for my toast could’ve been a great sales and marketing tactic. Definitely not worth $50 dollars. Not returning.

Blueberry Hills Farm in Manson is hands down one of my favorite spots in the Chelan area. It’s the kind of place you go once and immediately start telling everyone you know that they have to check it out. The food is the real deal—big portions, fresh ingredients, and everything tastes homemade in the best way. Breakfast here is next-level. The pancakes are massive, especially the blueberry ones, and they don’t skimp on the berries. The omelets are packed, the bacon is perfectly crisp, and everything comes out hot and hearty. And then there’s the pie. Honestly, their blueberry pie alone is worth the trip. Sweet, fresh, and loaded with fruit—it feels like summer in every bite.
But it’s not just about the food. The atmosphere is what makes Blueberry Hills special. The views are unreal—you’re surrounded by orchards, farmland, and hills that stretch out forever. Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, looking out over that scenery, is one of those simple moments you don’t forget. Even inside, the big windows let you take it all in.
The vibe is casual and homey, like a cozy farmhouse kitchen. The staff is welcoming, the décor is charming, and there’s a laid-back feel that makes you want to stay awhile.
If you’re anywhere near Lake Chelan, do yourself a favor and make the drive. Come hungry, order something with blueberries, and soak in the whole experience. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

The Danish yeast waffles were super tasty. The blueberry topping was phenomenal and loved how they had a nice crisp. Definitely best waffles I've had.

Review of Blueberry Hills Farm
My experience at Blueberry Hills Farm was disappointing, despite the warm greeting from the gentleman at the counter. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. My breakfast, priced exorbitantly, included two eggs (sunny side up, undercooked), two small pieces of hard bacon, a single slice of toast cut in half, and a serving of lukewarm potato gems. My wife’s scrambled eggs with hollandaise sauce were overshadowed by overly salty chunks of ham, and her potato gems were cold. For the price, I expected far better quality and portion size. At home, a comparable breakfast would include two eggs, two full slices of toast, three to four pieces of bacon, a bowl of chorizo and beans, two small sausages, grilled tomato, and button mushrooms—far more substantial than what was served here.
The service was mediocre. The process of choosing our own seat, ordering at the counter, and waiting for food delivery felt impersonal, and being prompted to tip before receiving any service was off-putting, especially as tipping isn’t customary for us. The only redeeming feature was the stunning view, which is the sole highlight of this place. Overall, the high prices, subpar food, and lackluster service make it hard to recommend Blueberry Hills Farm. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Food is ehh. Not country style comfort food recipes. More what you'd expect from a trendy city coffee shop. Get an Italian soda and pick some blueberries.

We got coffee and had breakfast. Line was long to order but food was so quick to come out. It was absolutely delicious. We got the eggs benedict and biscuits and gravy. Hollandaise was made with love!

Ordered EggsBenidict, asked for runny eggs, lady at the register chastised me for asking! Told me that’s the only way they serve them! Well she was wrong they were hard? Didn’t want to make a scene again! Didn’t eat it all, won’t go back or recommen them to anyone!!
The waffles with blueberry top was INCREDIBLE.
Kari's Blintz had a specific cherry flavor that we were not a huge fan of but this place is definitely a must go; just make sure you get there early to get parking and to be able to get inside, fills up quick with big lines at times!
