Wow. There is not a better view in the entire valley. The wine is amazing and the wood fired pizzas are superb. Friday and Saturday’s they have great tacos! Large groups always welcome here. Saturdays and Sundays they have football and basketball showing on the big screen. Nachos served on Sundays with the Seahawks games!! In the summer they have live music outside on the huge patio every Saturday and Sunday!

Good service but upon paying they charged us $80 more than we ordered, then added 25% automatic gratuity (which was hidden from our charge because we weren’t shown a receipt), then prompted us to tip on the screen after our cards were run & we already paid the 25%.

Came around 4pm on Saturday for some food, wine, and music. Brought out dog so we sat outside on the patio which had a gorgeous view of the lake and hills. For food we got the watermelon salad and honey pig pizza which were both very good. For wine we ordered the tasting menu which included six 1-oz pours and a wine glass to take home as a souvenir which we loved. What we didn't love was how long it took to get our next tasting; our glasses would sit empty for a while until we could catch their attention. When we were finished with our food we still had three more tastings to do, so overall we ended up staying for about 2 hours--luckily we weren't in a rush to get somewhere. Also didn't love the large amount of fruit flies were hanging out in the bathroom...they told me they have a fly problem during this time of year. Was pretty gross and sounded out of their hands so I hope they can do something more to make their bathroom more comfortable. Other than that would def recommend visiting for the views, entertainment, wine and food.

It must be hit or miss at Chelan Ridge Winery. We came on a Sunday evening for some food and a glass of wine. There was a guy playing live Sax, which was great. Things were good at first; got a glass of wine inside before grabbing a menu and heading outside. We were told someone would come take our order soon. 30 minutes later I gave up waiting and went inside to order a salad and a pizza.
The salad came out 10 minutes later. A full hour after that our pizza had still not arrived, despite getting up and asking about it several times. We decided it was getting too ridiculous and decided to head out.
It’s a good spot with nice atmosphere, and to their credit the employees were outwardly nice people. But overall the service was disappointing and we left hungry. Will probably not be back.

Live music while we were there, danced with my grandma the whole time. She loved it and the music was great ♡ Had a lot of fun! Lots of outdoor seating with a beautiful view. Very clean, very good company ?? The crew was very pleasant and quick to help. Brought us a water dish for our dog too. Will come back next year

Omgosh, this place is wonderful in every way. First of all, you can't beat the awesome staff. Very personable, friendly & at times hilarious! Service is top notch , but not as top notch as the food! Kidding, they go hand in hand. You get your food "Hot" if it's suppose to be. And salads are deeeelish! Best pizza, my personal fave was the chicken basil. Omg, I ate the whole thing, yes, by myself! Now, as far as the view, it's just incredible! The music they share with all of us is absolutely fantastic. You'll recognize enough to make you want to get up and kick your heels. Down right fun. I usually attend places on my own. I love this place, it's got it all. But the staff really makes it such a pleasure to be here. You're missing out if you don't come here for some fun, great food & music to boot! Not even a half mile off manson highway!!! Enjoy & thank you Chelan Ridge Winery for making this place the top of my list!
Great wine, great pizza, and an incredible view. What more can you ask for? We also appreciated the games for the kids, and will definitely be back next time we're in Chelan!

What an incredible experience. Chelan Ridge Winery has it all - beautiful vineyards, incredible views, immersive atmosphere and of course amazing wines. We were able to stay a night in our motorhome as a harvest host member, then enjoy an evening of wine tasting and delicious wood fired pizza while overlooking the stunning views of Lake Chelan. Owner Bill and staff took care of us like we were family and we can wait to come back.

Waited about 40 minutes for pizza with only 3 tables of people in the place. They said they then realized they didn't have any dough. Then got 1 of the 2 pizzas we ordered as the 2nd "fell apart". Remade the 2nd but accidentally gave to another table who ate a piece. Wanted to make another but we had to leave. Not good.

We boondocked on the property as Harvest Host guests Sept 2023 (sorry for the late review), and had an absolutely fantastic stay. Yes, the prices are higher- but considering our lodging (RV) was included, it more than balanced out. Staff was very friendly and helpful, wine was tasty, and we did not have to go out searching for a restaurant for dinner- because music, wine tasting, and woodfired pizza was available right there on the lovely patio, to enjoy over sunset. The owner was extremely courteous to us- typically a Harvest Host guest is expected to only stay one night, and we asked for a second- and it was no big deal. We loved our whole experience there- and it was a welcome chance to slow down after the long journey from the Chicago area, to the pacific northwest. The views from the winery are just amazing, including sunsets. ...Just one tip for RV'ers tho- it is a tight turn to get into the area designated for campers- we are a 33 ft. 5th wheel- and just barely made it in. Highly recommend!

Outstanding winery. Tasty buttery wines, staff that feels like family, and a great story behind it. You will have to stop in and ask. Excellent view from the outside deck, there is usually live music and check out the pizza oven from Napoli. A perk I especially like is that when you do a tasting you can keep the glass.
