It took them 45 minutes to serve us. We were seated given water and a white wine tasting. After that there was 6 groups that were seated and served food and we had not been recognized again. We paid and walked out. Poor service

We stopped in for a glass of wine after touring Manson-area wineries. The staff were awesome. Super friendly and welcoming. The view from the deck was great, and we enjoyed our wine. We were hoping for some food, but the staff informed us the kitchen was closed early. No big deal at all! We could grab food somewhere else afterwards.
Then we noticed the kitchen, which we’d been told was closed, suddenly firing up. The pizza oven and a staff member on the grill. It turned out the kitchen was operating exclusively for the owner’s family, who had just shown up and were seated among the rest of the guests — not at all discreetly. Multiple groups that came in after asked about food, only to be told it was unavailable unless you were with the family.
It felt unfair and uncomfortable, especially for the staff, who had to keep explaining the situation to everyone that arrived looking for food. While we weren’t there to eat at that point, the whole situation felt really selfish. The staff were embarrassed, and we felt bad for them. We won’t be returning, and will continue to support the multiple other local wineries that actually appreciate their customers and staff.

Beautiful winery with incredible views of the vineyards, Lake Chelan, and the mountains! We tried the Chardonnay and Pinot Gris — both were lovely, but we especially loved the Pinot Gris and took a bottle home. The wood-fired pizza was delicious and paired perfectly with the wine. Great spot to relax and take in the scenery. Highly recommend!

They offer stunning views of the lake blanketed with hills of vines. They have a good selection of both red and white wines along with seltzer, cider, beer, and non alcoholic beverages. I recommend a wood fired pizza to go along with your tasting or a charcuterie. This a great place for casual dining, a tasting flight, or just enjoying the view.

Wow. There is not a better view in the entire valley. The wine is amazing and the wood fired pizzas are superb. Friday and Saturday’s they have great tacos! Large groups always welcome here. Saturdays and Sundays they have football and basketball showing on the big screen. Nachos served on Sundays with the Seahawks games!! In the summer they have live music outside on the huge patio every Saturday and Sunday!

Good service but upon paying they charged us $80 more than we ordered, then added 25% automatic gratuity (which was hidden from our charge because we weren’t shown a receipt), then prompted us to tip on the screen after our cards were run & we already paid the 25%.
Came around 4pm on Saturday for some food, wine, and music. Brought out dog so we sat outside on the patio which had a gorgeous view of the lake and hills. For food we got the watermelon salad and honey pig pizza which were both very good. For wine we ordered the tasting menu which included six 1-oz pours and a wine glass to take home as a souvenir which we loved. What we didn't love was how long it took to get our next tasting; our glasses would sit empty for a while until we could catch their attention. When we were finished with our food we still had three more tastings to do, so overall we ended up staying for about 2 hours--luckily we weren't in a rush to get somewhere. Also didn't love the large amount of fruit flies were hanging out in the bathroom...they told me they have a fly problem during this time of year. Was pretty gross and sounded out of their hands so I hope they can do something more to make their bathroom more comfortable. Other than that would def recommend visiting for the views, entertainment, wine and food.

It must be hit or miss at Chelan Ridge Winery. We came on a Sunday evening for some food and a glass of wine. There was a guy playing live Sax, which was great. Things were good at first; got a glass of wine inside before grabbing a menu and heading outside. We were told someone would come take our order soon. 30 minutes later I gave up waiting and went inside to order a salad and a pizza.
The salad came out 10 minutes later. A full hour after that our pizza had still not arrived, despite getting up and asking about it several times. We decided it was getting too ridiculous and decided to head out.
It’s a good spot with nice atmosphere, and to their credit the employees were outwardly nice people. But overall the service was disappointing and we left hungry. Will probably not be back.

Live music while we were there, danced with my grandma the whole time. She loved it and the music was great ♡ Had a lot of fun! Lots of outdoor seating with a beautiful view. Very clean, very good company ?? The crew was very pleasant and quick to help. Brought us a water dish for our dog too. Will come back next year
