Amazing sourdough, our favorite sandwich is turkey. It is so fresh and loaded with whatever you choose to put in it. Von Hart is popular, and for good reason! Get there early for the best selection of pastries, but the sandwiches are going til they close!
wish i could try something but they only make enough for about an hour a day. Ive been here 5 times and its bare bones.
It’s great to have VonHart’s in town, everything they do is top notch and high quality, also has the best coffee in town!

This place is the dream sandwich shop. The owner is so welcoming, loving, and makes incredible sandwiches. She was slammed with orders today because they are so popular and the staff took it in stride and made the best focaccia sandwich I've ever had. 5 stars, a must-visit in Manson 💓

honestly the best pastries ived ever tried. I am not a person who loves like crazy new flavors & all. This place has simple basic flavors but like they have mastered the art of presentation, baking , and taste. LIKE every single thing you try it out of this world. The crusts are delicate & soft. The filling is creamy & flavorful. Just OVERALL love this place. The staff is also wonderfully kind.
They do sell out rather quickly so if you’re trying to have a selection of pastries , come earlier.
I have yet to try the sandwiches.

Phenomenal sandwich. I have a classic order I use at every deli from subway to small business. This one was not only on the cheaper end as far as cost goes, but also the best. The bread was unbelievable and the quality of the ingredients is clearly top notch. Will absolutely eat here every time I am in town.

My fiancé and I have been all over pastry tasting, and these out-pastry Italian and French bakeries!! The flaky croissant, blueberry muffin, and sourdough were unbeatable. Must go in Chelan.
