Omg, this place is a must try. Prepare to get one of everything as all of their options are amazing. lol there goes your calorie intake in one meal.

Great bakery ! Ordered a maple bar and ice coffee. Maple bar was super flaky not what I expected but the best I’ve had! Excited to try their other pastries.

We stopped the other day for a quick bite, and had a terrific sandwich made on the best focaccia bread. On our way out of town this morning we bought 2 pain au chocolate, that were literally the best I have ever had outside of Paris. If you find yourself in Manson WA, do yourself a favor and stop in here.

Paul and Prue would surely approve! They most definitely would get the Paul Hollywood handshake. Their tarts have crispy, flaky crusts and their fillings are delicious: the lemon is nicely tangy; the strawberry+cream cheese is creamy berry goodness. My wife loved the maple bar and we also were impressed with their sandwichs' quality and generous portion sizes for lunch. Highly recommended.

We're visiting Manson this week and just walked to the bakery for the 2nd time. Absolutely delicious pastries both savory and sweet! Such a great addition to Manson!! We'll be back!

Fell in love with their baked goodies a while ago, however, I had my first sandwich yesterday and I think I need one everyday for the rest of my life. So so so delicious!

Unbelievably flaky, delicious, and flavorful pastry. Von Hart's opens at 9am; we arrived at 10:15 and were fortunate to snag the last maple bar and lemon tart! An absolutely must go-to spot when you're at Lake Chelan.

Gotta be the best baked goods around. Barista-ing could use a little love on the coffee front but will definitely be back for the pastries!

If you like maple bars, get the Better Than A Maple Bar here! It’s outstanding. Think perfectly layered croissant bar with just the right amount of sweet (but not too sweet!) maple glaze. I think I’ll forever be disappointed by other maple bars now. Small little shop but nice outdoor seating. The owner and staff were friendly and warm. Highly recommend this spot!

Legitimately a world class bakery right here in Manson. Their croissants, bread, and other pastries are easily on par with SeaWolf which is my favorite bakery in Seattle. Sandwiches are really good too. There is usually a healthy crowd lined up before they open. Get here early!
