“I have been to this store multiple times, the last two times I have been here the general manager Kelly has been very helpful and kind, today we came in and she offered to sub my drink out because the machine wasn’t working, she also offered to help us on the app and call corporate about an issue, and overall has very good food.“

“Tried this place for the first time and I was very impressed. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. I ordered a cheese burger, fries and a drink. You can fill your own drink and there was a water dispenser. The fries were crisp and very tasty. Not to salty. Now for the burger. It was large with all of the fixings. The beef was good quality, not greasy. I had to really grip the burger to get a nice bite. The meal was very filling. Will I be back ......ABSOLUTELY. Side note, there is plenty of parking. “Affordable American fare. They have a senior menu as well. They did a good job with everything, not disappointed. The bacon I got was soooo good! Let them know if you don't like your bacon as crispy as it's shown in the pic, I like my bacon crispy- the flavor of the fat was outta this world. Overall a decent down-home place. Could work on their interior though, add some character. Service was warm and friendly.Kid-friendliness: I saw some kid drawings hung up next to the cashiers area, thought that was sweet.Wheelchair accessibility: There was someone in a wheelchair while we were there, so its accessible :) they have a ramp and tables you can pull the chair up to.“
“I've been coming here about once a week for the last year and a half because they're so close to my house. I order for at least 4 people and they have never messed up my order. The food is good. My son loves the ramen. My younger twins like their burgers& fries. I'm a big fan of the Bánh mì but I've had several different items on their menu and haven't been disappointed with any of them. The atmosphere ensures I will keep coming back. The owner is always kind and I appreciate seeing and feeling everyone getting treated with the same warmth. “This is such an awesome place. The food is excellent, staff is super friendly and this is the place to take your sports fan to eat if you want to go out but they can't miss the game. They have every game possible and are happy to put on what your looking for. They have a special dining g section for families and a kids menu that made my picky child very happy.“
“My dad and I were out and about taking care of errands, we decided to stop for lunch at Hops n Drops. Even though there was plenty of seating dining area, we chose to seat in the lounge area of the restaurant. We were greeted by our server, Jena. She is very nice, when she found out it was our first time, she brought us out as small plate of their house made chips to try. Those chips are so good! We started with a Dr. Pepper and an Ice Lemon Drop cocktail. The cup of the Lemon Drop is made of ice. Pretty cool. My dad and I shared the hamburger for two. The burger was juicy and fully loaded with all the yummy trimmings. It was served with fries. We enjoyed our lunch. We recommend giving Hops n Drops a try. If you are lucky, you might get Jena for your server.“
