Line going slow as molasses,15 minutes for 3 cars. I am not to concerned about it until I notice there are 3 employees inside and the parking lot is basically empty. Why wasn't drive through being worked on while lobby was...there were plenty of employees there to keep 2 lines moving (especially when it only takes about 30 to 40 seconds to make most drinks) even if you were training someone. I am floored. Not sure how this is my wife's favorite "drink" shop.

$9 for a tiny coffee. Did they give me the wrong size or is this what $9 gets you nowUpdate. I checked the app and they overcharged me. I ordered a 16 oz and they gave me a 16 oz but charged me for a 24 oz. Definitely won’t be going back here.

This is my daughters go to place for an iced caffeine fix. Highly recommend the hyperspace drink! Customer service is good except one employee was swearing and talking down to another employee in front of us which upset me. Be kind to one another and if you have to correct someone don’t do it in front of customers!

I thoroughly enjoyed Gravity Coffee. There is a very large range of coffees available as 12 oz, 16 oz, 24 oz and 32 oz. All are available as hot or cold, caffeinated or decaffeinated. I had a 24 oz white coffee with Creme de Menthe. Delicious. The staff were friendly & helpful, too. There is a drive thru for those who require it.
