Most of the time staff is super friendly and drinks are usually perfect. Ordered a London fog today and whoever made it completely forgot to put the vanilla in. It was just tea and milk. Not super impressed usually gravity is my favorite place

This location is my favorite. The girls working are always so happy, friendly, and always have something nice to say! Love them all! Not to mention the drinks are always perfectly made, just the right temperature, and delicious.

Ella was the only one in the cafe at the time so I worried she might be too busy, but she was so sweet and friendly and ran the counter and the drive through window really well!!
I'm glad I got to talk to her and she helped to find me a tasty drink that worked with my dietary needs! The Retrograde made with Italian soda instead of energy drink is SO good!!!
